From the perfectly roasted medium rare beef tenderloin, to the plump Cuban spiced sea scallops that he got off the boat that morning, to the nutty, toothsome roasted vegetable farro salad, everything was absolutely delicious. And to top it off the whole buffet looked gorgeous! He even came to the rescue when we realized the we had neglected to bring a cooler for the week, so he lent us his giant Yeti cooler for the entire week! What a class act from this caterer!
