I really hate to let the secret out of the bag, but this unassuming little grocery transforms into a Mexican food mecca on Friday and Saturday nights. Around 5:00 pm stalls magically appear serving the best tamales, tacos and huaraches on freshly made corn tortillas made right In front of your eyes. You want taquitos, el pastor from the spinning spit, elote on the cob or in a cup, or Mexican style hamburgers? This is the place to go. And save some room for churros served with chocolate or caramel sauces. The food is authentic, dirt cheap and they only take cash. And it's by far the best in the area. Make sure to get a massive suadero (short rib) huarache. You will thank me later. read more
