This Qdoba is located right in a bustling shopping strip along Baltimore Pike in Springfield; and has been renovated to Qdoba's new restaurant style, about a year or so ago. I have always enjoyed this location, but the past couple COVID years have been rough-going for dining here--indoor dining was not allowed for a while, and the only drinks available were bottles behind the counter. Thankfully all services are back in operation--including the self-serve fountain drink area and indoor dining. Employees always appear to be having an enjoyable time working here, and they are more than happy to help you create your meal. Most of the time they are wearing masks, but there have been a few instances where masks were falling below the nose. All standard Qdoba fare is here, and my dishes always come out fresh and hot. Qdoba recently changed some of their salsa options--I was disappointed to find that my long-beloved Salsa Roja staple has been changed to a less chunky salsa that is spicier than it used to be. That's not the fault of this location, but a company-wide menu change. You may find food debris on the tables sometimes, but overall this location keeps its dining area clean. This is THE BEST QDOBA I've been to in the county or the city! The food is always seasoned perfectly. The ratios are ALWAYS right. That is the key. The ratios are what people can't get right. Very pleased with the customer service I recieved here at this Qdoba that after my purchase I just had to tip for how professional and the patience I recieved making my order selection. Was in the mood for a decent, filling taco bowl so I came here. Not really familiar with Qdoba so I needed some time making my decision. This is the most convenient Qdoba for us. They used to have pretty good taco salads and they'd load them up - usually with lettuce. Lettuce is cheap! Today we ordered a web order - taco salads, with the works. When I showed up there and they had the scale out, weighing ingredients, I knew it was bad news. I picked up my order anyhow. It looks like this Qdoba has decided to cut cost by cutting portions back to about half of what they used to be. Thanks but no thanks. So I went for the safer looking choice chicken. The staff was not properly trained with a don't care attitude. Even whom I perceived as the manager had a don't care attitude. He was not accommodating when I asked him for something that should have been out on the counter. He said wait a minute while he had me wait and wait and wait. This by far has to be the dirtiest Qdoba I've been to. I'm surprised food contamination is a thing here. We arrived about 75 minutes prior to closing after a long trip. As you can tell by the photos, they were cleaning for closing time and the white cutting board panels on the prepping table are missing. In it's place was food sludge. They were wiping that watery sludge with a scouring pad on the stainless steel, with all the food still in their bins. Here's to hoping no food poisoning. read more

You can specify your ingredients to ensure healthy faire, from black beans, tomatoes, cilantro, chicken, etc. And you don't have to have it on the diabetes-inducing fried tortilla. This Qdoba is on westbound Baltimore Pike. Access is tricky if you're on eastbound Baltimore Pike. You'll have to make a U-turn at the next strip mall. Qdoba has a parking lot so there's no problem with parking. The menu items at Qdoba are really cookie-cutter. You have chips, taco shell, taco, or burrito, combined with cheese, corn, tomatoes, combined with a few sauces, and that's the entire menu! Portions aren't that big, yet prices start at around $6. The taste isn't terribly original or exciting either. So it seems you're not getting a heck lot of value for your money. (unless you use coupons from their mailing list) Other than that, I saw no problems with this restaurant. Restroom was clean. Tables and beverage area were clean. Service was okay. read more

Good food, lousy service. Ordered via the app, but it wasn't ready. I waited patiently 10, 15 minutes while other customers came in, ordered, and were served. I finally got in line so no newly arriving customers would be served ahead of me, the manager glared at me for doing so. I am more of a chipotle fan so I guess I was looking for more of a taste like that. I will say the customer service at this location was awesome. I like this Qdoba. The manager keeps everything moving and is always very personable. The move you through quickly. The dining area is always clean. I've never been in the bathrooms. The boys like to get bowls w/ just chix and rice w/ applesauce. I usually get a naked burrito, but have recently switched over to taco salads. But the gumbo is really good too. read more

My husband had a bad experience in a location in Center City Philly, involving chicken on a vegetarian burrito and a marker.... don't ask. Plus, it's fast food in CC Phila, you're bound to have a bad experience. This location is in the burbs, where you have to expect a little more out of the employees. The parking is decent, but the plaza is a bit hard to get in to from the opposite side of the road. The restaurant itself is generally clean and there is ample seating. The Qdoba menu is pretty simple, which is always a plus for me. I like no frills, especially when it comes to Mexican. The Vegetarian Burrito is fab, the guac is delicious and I always get the chips (which have a hint of lime) and queso, YUM! read more

I give this place 5 stars because it has wonderful food. I ordered a burrito bowl and they gave me everything I asked for and a good amount of it. I also ordered guacamole and chips and the whole bag was filled up. I like it! The staff was nice even with my long order. This is a great Qdoba! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious. I had no idea what I was doing because the ordering model was different than the one I'm used to in Florida. I'd also like to note that the staff at the Florida location were not that great compared to the ones here. Anyway, they helped me understand and decide exactly what I wanted. I chose the 3 cheese nachos with almost everything on them. I also love the drink machine because there are so many options and it's very modern. I had a vanilla root beer and it was as delicious as the nachos! My mother was dining with me and also enjoyed her meal and her experience. We will be back next time we're grocery shopping! read more
