Today I reminded myself why it's been so long since I visited this Burger King. At least they got the fries and drink correct. Drive thru wait time was at least 15 minutes and there was only two cars ahead of me when I pulled up. I enjoy Burger King every now and then since I was a kid. However, Avoid this place and their food like the plague! The muppets that work here have the attention span of an ant or are too stoned to build a simple burger adequately. Very strange people employed at this location--as if they are trying to figure out what planet the customer is from. Always reminds me of a scene from Men in Black when the humans are actually pods for visitors from other galaxies. Zero managerial leadership and it shows in the quality of the food (slop). Head to another location because this place has gone down hill the last 2 years now and your hard earned money is better spent elsewhere. I recently went to this burger king for the special SpongeBob meal after not going to this location in 2+ years because of how awful they were then. Somehow in 2 years they've stayed the exact same in quality which is hardly even bare minimum. Very sad location and a very sorry excuse for food I was served. The only positive thing I can say is they at least keep the dining area clean. read more

I don't go here often....each time I do go, I remember why I don't. Slowest drive through ever ....food is usually room temp at best. As in burger is cold...cheese wont melt... Bread dry. Service is super slow, slowest in the area for any "fast food", my average wait is typically 15 minutes minimum. Our most recent visit we ordered a Bacon King meal, with Sprite Zero on the app. The location doesn't even have sprite zero! And our burger had one whopper patty and two whopper jr patties on it. On another visit I ordered mozz fries, this was when they ended the fiery mozz fries. They even had a sign up that said fiery mozz fries were sold out, but when I was given my mozz fries they were fiery ones! read more

I haven't been to Burger King in probably 10 years but I was craving onion rings at 10:30PM on a Wednesday. I decided to give it a shot and I ordered the rodeo burger, churros, and onion rings. I love Burger King but today's experience was noteworthy. We ordered 2 Whopper Jr's. One was delivered with no meat and pickles instead of onions. No Meat. How does a Burger place make a sandwich without the burger? And the bread on both burgers was stale and semi-hard. YUCK! Not a good experience. read more

This Burger King earns five stars every single time I visit. Let me start by saying the Spicy Chi'King is the best chicken sandwich out there. It is one of the most delicious sandwiches you can eat! I used to hate Burger King, but I realized the issue was the franchises I was visiting. This location is AMAZING! The food is always so fresh, and the service is amiable. The only thing they could improve upon is the speed of service. When the drive-thru is long, you can be on a 30 minutes or more for the wait.... But it's worth it. read more

I had gone to mt pocono burger King and ordered after waiting 10 minutes(no one in the drive thru and 6 workers standing, talking,etc) I had asked for sweet and sour sauce and BBQ sauce, they had given me one of each for a dollar each. I had gone back inside once seeing this, kindly asked for more sauce due to only getting 1, the manager had then said to me "you can't get anymore sauce because nothing you ordered needs sauce to begin with" keep in mind other burger kings don't charge 1$ per container of sauce. I am extremely outraged at the lack of customer service and respect. this coming from a 17 year old from a roughly 40 year old aged manager I would say. I wish there was a zero star option. The amount of frustration and anger that this restaurant causes me. They take SOO long to ask you what drink you want like I said coke anywho they never give me my honey mustard I ask everytime sometimes twice at the order screen. I pull up to the window and they never give me it. I was really looking forward to the opening of this BK as the area desperately needs other fast food options other then the McD's in Jennersville but unfortunately unless the management steps it up they may be short lived! The service is absolutely horrible, this is my 3rd time here and 2 of those times I ate inside. The line at the register can go 20+ people long and still only 1 person at a register and the acting Manager only jumped on the second register during the last time I was there for only 2 customers and ran off leaving the only person there at the counter once again overwhelmed with customers waiting to order! Then comes the 15min wait for the food to be prepared! As of now I only recommend this BK during off times not prime eating times or if you have lots of time to kill! We swung through the drive through while on some morning errands so my fiance could get a bite to eat and some coffee. I thought it would be a quick stop, since we were able to drive right up and order. But the car in front of us took over 10 minutes to get their food, so we ended up waiting in line for awhile. He finally got his food, but when he opened it, they had not made his breakfast sandwich the way he ordered. He ordered it on a biscuit, and they instead had put it on a croissant, even though the receipt clearly said biscuit. That was a disappointment, but by then, we didn't have time to go back and fix the problem (as is often the case with drive throughs). read more

I should have know something was wrong with this place when I arrived at 11:45am and no line at drive thru and parking lot barely had cars in there. I agree with the others, one star is too many for this place. Third visit and they still are horrible. Cold food, dried out onion rings and not prepared as ordered. The first time I forgave them as they had just opened, the second time ask for no onions and got onions on my whoppers. This time and the final one onions on burger again plus order 2 and got one, asked me about sauce for nuggets but not in bag, onion rings were like chewing on rubber bands. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it opened. The drink bar is filthy and sticky with trash all over it. Behind the counter where they are making food there is trash and food all over the floor. I went to Burger king on Sunday night and went into the store, I placed my order and they were very slow, i ordered a medium meal and got a medium soda cup and filled it up and tried to put a lid on it for about 2 minutes before I ask for a medium lid from behind the counter the girl said " ohh we have be having problems with the medium lids", are they kidding why give out medium drinks when they know the lid won't stay on and can open up on the drive home. With my meal I had to ask for everything I ordered. I ordered 5 different items and they gave it to me 1 item and i had to ask where the rest of the order was. Not wearing masks. The only bright spot about this place was the older guy making the sandwich's with a mask and gloves on. I want to comment about Kathleen giving a 5 star to this Burger King, she must have friends who work there or works there herself. who gives 5 stars for a spicy chicken and having to wait 30 minutes for it. I was hoping to get a good meal after a long night shift and with some rest. My girlfriend stopped by Burger King and wanted to surprise me with some BK she ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich Meal sub onion rings and a Bacon King, her whopper meal with fries. She never received her fries or my chicken sandwich and my onion rings were hard as a rock(Oh but thank god for the stray chicken nugget in the box... NOT). She is 7 months pregnant and was tired and felt it wasn't worth driving back just to argue and probably not get the benefit of the doubt from a POS manager or employee. According to her it wasn't even busy, how hasn't the place been fine tuned after being open so long by now.. Definitely won't be going back anytime soon. read more

This is hands down the worst Burger King I have ever been to and I've been to a lot of them. When this location opened up I was so excited because I really like Burger King but this place is horrible. The service is so slow. Don't even try the drive thru unless you want to wait 30 minutes. Then when you finally get your burger it is so dry that you can't even swallow it. I've given them chance and chance again and every single time it is dry and cold.
