I have to be honest... I've lived near this McDonalds forever, and this day I was very disappointed. The kid taking our order took forever, we literally had to ask if anyone was there. The food is fine, but the kid entered the order wrong TWICE and we were in a hurry. There is more but I'm not typing all of that. read more

I feel very strange giving a McDonalds four stars, but I'm doing it for two reasons. The ladies in the drive through are always pleasant and not miserable and the food is consistently fresh. It's a rare occurrence when I get McDonald's for a full meal, but I was out Door Dashing and was beginning to get hangry. I have not tried the new chicken sandwich yet, and on the app, if I ordered one, I got a medium fry free, so that was my lunch. The fries, of course, were the highlight of the meal, and the chicken sandwich was decent. I honestly expected there to be more toppings and condiments but there were only two pickles. Plus, there was more bread than chicken. The employees at the drive-thru were nice though and they gave me my order pretty quickly. read more

Okay, I ordered 2 Halloween bucket meals, basically a happy meal, i ordered a cheese burger with No onions and pickles, Fruit punch, fries, and sauces. The worst of the worst. Look it's McDonald's so the bar is already low but this place sets it even lower. Was in a rush eating a late lunch. Ordered 2 burgers and a fry using the drive thru. Got a mile down the road and grabbed the fries. Absolutely horrible boarding on inedible so I tossed them in the bag and grab one of the burgers. Bun was hard from what I assume was being left out over night or just stale. Tossed it in the bag and grabbed the other burger. Not sure why I was surprised that it too was rock hard. when you go to this McDonald's for an interview that McDonald setup. you arrive they tell you the person that does interview is not there. so you ask when they will be in that say next day but refuse to give you a timeframe that the interviewer will be there. then you call their business ask for a manager and they hang up on you TWICE. read more

Mobile curbside ordering is amazing! It took less than 3 minutes to bring the order! If I had gone to the drivethru we wouldn't even place the order in 3 minutes. Everything was correct and the employee was very courteous. read more

First time I ever had an issue with mobile pick up at this McDonald's; everything was OK when I got to the window to receive my food. Then they told me to go to spot #3 and one of the workers came out and asked me what my order was. It then took another 15 minutes to receive my food.. Really not worth doing a mobile order.. Had the pleasure to visit the West Grove McDonalds while visiting from Northern Maine. There was a young lady working Sunday March 31st, 2019, named Emma who was so pleasant and showed such great customer skills. Very pleasant and certainly customer oriented. read more

This is a review from a night time visit on July 6th. I've been going to this McDonald's for about 6-7 years when visiting family in the area and this visit have been the single worst visit I've ever head here by far. We had just arrived in Jennersville and my mother who I was driving up to PA, wanted a Hot Fudge Sunday. We arrived about 10:30 and the lobby was already closed and there were about 4-5 cars in line in front of us. And then we waited... and waited... By the time we finally made it to the "order box" about 10 minutes after getting in line you could see that cars were now wrapped around the entire building. The person on the other end was rude. No welcome or any kind of greeting, just "What do you want?". I ordered the HFS, was quoted a price of $1.29 plus tax, something close to that, and then waited another 15 minutes as we crawled to the pickup window. Once we arrived there, I hear blaring mariachi music and standing there is who I can only assume is the night manager based on her outfit. Again no greeting, just a bark of "That will be $6.50". I say "I ordered a HFS and have been waiting in this line for 30 minutes for it, and the price is less than $2.00." No acknowledgement of the wait or mistake, she takes my $5.00 bill and gives me the change, the HFS and closes the window. I'm thinking WTH, I've never had anything but impeccable service here in the past. My mother voiced something similar. Things have apparently changed and it will be quite some time before I visit here again. read more

Hashbrowns were undercooked. Chicken sandwich was the worst I've ever had. It was like shoe leather. The egg mcmuffin was good.

We try to only frequent this McDonald's (which is very infrequently, usually for breakfast). The employees try and the food is always hot. We did visit a different location with someone else recently and the new ordering system was horrendous. We swore we were done with the chain, but will probably go back to Jennersville again to see how things are there. read more

One of the best cheeseburgers I've ever eaten. Had an order of fries and a coke on the side. Everything was cooked perfectly.

Even by McDonald's standards, this one is HORRIBLE! Take a few minutes and go to Wendy's at least. 10 minutes if going south on Rt 1, 15 minutes or so if going north on Rt 1. Neither is consistently great, but much better than this! Why? Always get a cold sandwich (no matter what or what is on it or time of day or night) and fries are usually re-warmed from God knows when. Some Mickey D's are better than others, but this one is the absolute worst! And, has been since it opened. read more

Food is rarely hot even when you ask for that specifically. Several times. Today I asked for the double quarter pounder meal as a deluxe, which adds lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mayo. He said he could add a beef patty to a regular deluxe meal instead. Charged me $1.60 extra. When I asked him to just put lettuce and tomato on the double quarter meal, he said it would cost more than $1.60. I go here quite frequently as I work in the area. This place SUCKS. Not even because of the food or anything, but the employees attitudes are ridiculous. Almost every time I go here one of the younger boys that work here are all stuck up acting like they're better than everyone. I can literally hear the attitude in their voice over the intercom. Just be happy you have a job, and treat customers with some respect. I never write reviews but I feel like I needed to here.
