The employees are typically very nice, I enjoy all of them very much and they keep the place very clean! Music is nice and the food (while it does take a bit longer than it should) is always warm. I personally have never had an order mixup. However, there is one employee there who is an absolute nightmare. I haven't a clue of her name or I would email a complaint quite frankly to the manager. She dislikes me very much, and I haven't a clue why! I always tip and I tell them not to rush but she's openly cursed at me before and just made me so uncomfortable. I've been considering not returning to the restaurant because of her presence, which is an absolute shame, as one of the shift leaders/managers/employees is lovely. However, this one employee makes me uncomfortable to walk in and order, and I saw her working and ended up leaving before ordering food. Ever since she cursed at me (for asking if I could have my large cup that I paid for) I've been hesitant to return. Dehumanizing service - This business has been slow to relax Covid restrictions. Even after dining service resumed, they would not put out condiments or give customers a tray with their food. They have had a mask sign on the door the entire time. Every other business anywhere around is fully open for business as usual with no restrictions or reductions in service. This Wendy's location has now went backwards. I could barely get in the parking lot today because of the long drive through line. I walked inside past their mask sign to the counter. I was told there's no dine in or takeout service available. DoorDash or drive-through is the only way to get food. I'm a human being! You're not getting my money to treat me like an animal and herd me through a cattle chute into a drive-through for my dinner! Either remove all restrictions like everyone else has or close your location until everything is over. Don't let your fear interfere with my service! read more

Worst fast food experience I thought the McDonald's was bad! Waited 20 minutes for food. Okay I understand your short staffed I wasn't complaining. I waited patiently, got to the window and they were not nice at all. I had two mobile orders. The girl looked at me like I was stupid. Then took another five minutes and only gave me one of the orders then I waited she came back to the window and asked what else I needed. Umm my other order. Then once I got that I asked for honey mustard she said they didn't have honey mustard or any sauce but ketchup so I said I guess I'll take ketchup. then I see her in the window walk away and she comes back and rudely asks what else. I visit this Wendy's about once a month and have usually had a good experience. Today was crazy. A very long wait (more than 10 minutes) just to place the order. The cashier greeted us pleasantly and apologized for the long wait (good) but didn't know how to input the order (bad). Another gal came to help her (good) who was then brusque with her and with us, as though we were an inconvenience (bad). There was only one person making sandwiches and that was the manager. The drinks dispenser had no ice and many options displayed as "unavailable." The wait for the food was over 10 minutes. Our order wasn't correct when it first came out but was quickly corrected. Food was prepared well and tasted fine in the end. But other customers got mad, one yelled at staff, some bailed before ordering. Overall not a good lunchtime today at this Wendy's! read more

I've come to this Wendy's a few times and I am never impressed with the staff. The wait time is overly ridiculous with waiting in line for 20 minutes when there's only three cars in line. The staff is not friendly. In particular when I visited today I was met with no greeting. When I arrived at the window I paid for my meal and then politely asked for a receipt.
