This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The restaurant is just as beautiful! I didn't stay at the hotel but I'm sure it is a great addition to the stay to have this cute restaurant in the building. I got the ricotta pancakes, a side of bacon, and the Asiago-safe biscuit. The pancakes were so good! This is not your average pancake, I genuinely didn't need syrup it was so tasty. The bacon was cooked well but the biscuit was not for me. It was too wheaty and stiff for my liking. I had a taste of my friends fried potatoes and they were sooo good! Next time I'm getting my own order of those! Overall I enjoyed my visit. I would return for sure!

Fried chicken sandwich with french fries

As I was on my way to the Promenade Park I walked past this place and decided to stop and grab something to eat. I ended up ordering the chicken sandwich which also came with fries. I ate here as opposed to going to the park to eat ( I went to the park after I finished eating). I ordered the chicken sandwich with french fries. Chicken sandwich was actually bigger than I expected it to be. The sandwich was good not great. Personally I wish there would have been cooked a little longer. The toppings were absolutely delicious. I only ate a few of the french fries but they were actually really good. The service was excellent . The total cost of this meal was about $16 if I'm not mistaken.

We had reservations for my daughter's 15th bday. The place is very pretty & the piano player is a vibe(Von Maur vibe) & the girls enjoyed taking selfies in the bathroom. The service was ok. Server acted as if she'd rather be anywhere but there. My son ordered pizza that was served with the entire crust blackened. They made another pizza as the one they served was inedible. I had the veggie lasagna. It was pretty good except the edges were super crispy & the middle was luke warm. My daughter ordered the bucatini. I tried a bite & the pasta was crunchy. Not al dente but UNDERCOOKED. The Cesar salad was dry. $165 for 4 people. Fort Wayne has much better options. Hard pass.

Visited Arbor with a group for lunch (they have a great brunch menu during lunchtime). Excellent food, friendly service, very clean, nice decor. Everyone at the table seemed happy with their meals. Reasonable prices for a downtown sit-down meal. I appreciate the interesting and different menu options. My brisket hash was well cooked with good flavors and textures; love the crunchy onions on top! Seating is comfortable and decor is fun - very cool patterned wallpaper. Parked in a parking garage a couple blocks away. Only two things I would change - more water refills, and the food all came to the table at different times (weird to sit there with a hot plate of food when nobody else has theirs yet... also feels weird to eat half my meal before others' arrive so not sure there's a win there). Overall great experience though.

Matt was a wonderful waiter at dinner. Ariell was a delight at breakfast! Our dining experience was pleasant and fulling! Everything from the atmosphere to the drinks from the bar. From the appetizers to the dessert. Wonderful! The coffee to the delicious bread pudding French toast! The staff was busy but always still checked in on us. We're more than happy to give a 5 STAR review. Thank you so very much for an exceptional dining experience! Our note to the person reading this... do not come here expecting fast food and fast drive through service. Come here to relax, unwind and enjoy. Slow down and make time for your selves and your dining experience! B+ no BS!

Went here on Mother's Day last minute and they went absolutely above and beyond. The ambience of the place is absolutely amazing, their piano player, and everybody was super friendly. The food itself was amazing as well, the waitress was super attentive and made sure we got everything we wanted. On the way out they were so kind to give my mother a flower and chocolates. 10/10 experience

Cute restaurant in the first floor lobby of the hotel of the Bradley Hotel. Located right by the landing. The hotel is very trendy, new, and fun. We went for brunch and everything was very good. The shrimp scampi was delicious as well as the balsamic burger with fries. Will definitely go back. Also excited to checkout the rooftop in the Bradley hotel that will be open 7 days a week starting 7/4/22.

This is a review for the dinner portion of the Arbor. My wife and ended up going on opening night. Normally I would prefer to let a new place have a couple of months to work out the bugs. However...the Arbor team did an excellent job on their first official night! I understand that they used many of the trained team from Birdies - consequently they were professional and didn't miss a beat! Our waitress, Esther, was very skilled, friendly and did an outstanding job of pacing our meal so we were relaxed. Excellent start!! Arbor advertises themselves as Italian food. You will find a small variety of Italian dishes on the menu. The dishes, at least the ones we had, might fall into the gourmet category. You will not find a large volume of choices like you would at Casa's and Zianos. Biaggis has a high quality with a large variety. Arbor has a smaller list of choices but they do them extremely well and the highest quality!! Another differentiator between Arbor and other traditional Italian places is the experience. I love the opportunity to eat downtown. The dinning area is street level so you can experience downtown life as part of your dinning experience. The facility is brand new and well maintained. The decor is very nice - very Vera Bradley. The wall paper is an attractive pattern print with various hues of blue that blend with the interior. These items help create a relaxed atmosphere. The tables and linens are inviting and help enhance the dinning experience. The chairs and booth bench seats are very cozy and comfortable. I did find my chair a bit snug for larger people as it has solid backs & sides and wraps around fully to the front of the seat. The tables are a bit tight but not enough to make you feel uncomfortable. One of the very unique features on the menu is the "build your own" charcuterie board. This is perfect to allow you to scale the amount of appetizers to fit your party size. Tonight we choose the homemade ricotta with honey and pine nuts. The ricotta was fantastically smooth and tasty. Not much cheese taste. However the drizzled honey provided an incredible zip of sweet flavor to enhance the ricotta. The pine nuts added a bit of texture and crunch to go with the smooth cheese taste. This came with two large pieces of grill bread. The bread had a slight buttery oil flavor with a small amount of crispy edges to accent the soft middle. Definitely give this a try! As the next course we tried the slow roasted meatballs. This tapas type dish provided a great Italian taste. Three medium sized meatballs came in this dish. The meatballs were very tender, moist and almost fell apart as you picked them up. The meat had a wonderful Italian oregano spiced taste. The marinara sauce was outstanding! It was thinner in consistency with small chunks of mozzarella cheese added. It had a stronger tomato taste that was nicely blended with Italian seasonings. I was hoping that this sauce would be the bolognese sauce for pasta since it's was so flavorful. There was enough sauce left over to dip the two pieces of bread that came with this dish. Again, the bread, like what came with the charcuterie board, was delicious. Another must try! Arbor makes their own pasta...so we had to try the pasta! My wife had the Pappadelle Bolognese. The pasta was a "ribbon" pasta - very innovative! The sauce had a thinner consistency with a stronger tomato and Italian spice taste. The dish had plenty of small tomato pieces that added more thickness to the tasty sauce. The chef added just the right amount of Parmesan cheese to the top - no need to pile more on! I was expecting more of a classical spaghetti and Mariana sauce. This dish took that to a gourmet level and then some! We also had the rigatoni and wild mushroom pasta dish. The rigatoni was cooked to perfection - easy to fork but soft enough to enjoy. The cream sauce was a smooth blend of cheese and spices. It wasn't over the top cheesy like an Alfredo sauce. However, the smooth creamy taste just blended well a top the pasta. Because it was cooked with mushrooms...the sauce picked up a delicious mild mushroom taste. The mushrooms were incredible! They were rather large with a soft but not mushy texture. The mushrooms were definitely fresh as they taste popped as you bit into them. Both dishes and the appetizers were all very attractive. The ingredients seemed to carry a high degree of quality. That resulted in an incredible taste. I thought the prices were in line for this style food, facility and dinning experience. Give the Arbor a try! Especially if you want a more relaxed but special, high quality and creative food choice that is located downtown.

Exceeded expectations. The brisket hash was legit fire. Had a crisp edge to it. Savory and juicy. Onion rings were a nice touch. I got a poached egg on top.

The atmosphere is beautiful, but like usual downtown, it's hard to find parking spots. The prices were very cheap compared to other casual restaurants but the chicken sandwich was overcooked & burnt unfortunately. Their coffee is from Utopia & had a great flavor. Would like to go back & try there dinner menu which is not available until 5:00.

Beautiful and comfortable dining space but the food was underwhelming for the price point. For breakfast we had to order at the coffee bar. There's not a coffee menu (yet?) but they do have coffee and an espresso bar so if you know what you would like they can tell you if they can make it or not i guess. The service was polite but spotty in a way. We didn't have water upon seating and halfway through the meal we had to ask for it. The side of biscuit was burnt and mini. Overall i wouldn't dine here for the breakfast but was impressed with how beautiful it was.

The food here was great, and the inside of the restaurant is super cute. This is a solid brunch place.

They have a very short suite menu, but what I had was terrific I had a a salad with salmon on it and a lot of other veggies. It was terrific. The salmon was jerk, salmon, and the whole thing was a delicious repast. We had a appetizer of a couple bowls of their homemade chips. Unlike many places that don't salt them. These were salted just the right amount not too salty and I can't say anything bad about it. Our server was terrific and his name was Alex and the place is shaping up. I guess they just took it over from someplace else. The walls are a little bit bare needs a little more decoration and the ceiling is bare, but the chairs are very comfortable so it's an easy five star.

If you want sun...sit out on the patio. If you want sunny shade and a breeze..sit under the outdoor cover/bar area or grab a table with an umbrella. You can't really go wrong here. Charlie's is also good for larger groups...and kids! Charlie's place is a large facility with lots of seating. The hosts are friendly. Making an on line reservation is easy. They always seem to have plenty of staff to serve and make you feel comfortable. Kudos to the team for developing a more attractive and welcoming lobby area! Sunday afternoon is brunch. They have a different menu than a normal lunch or dinner menu. Those menus are usually large and full of great choices. The brunch menu is much narrower and dominated by breakfast items. There are some non breakfast items...but not many. My wife had the breakfast tacos. She really liked the egg and bacon mixture. The sour cream and salsa sauces blended the tastes nicely. The Cobb salad was very fresh and tasty. There were lots of side ingredients such as egg, avocado, bacon, blue cheese, tomato and cucumber. The grilled chicken was plentiful and moist. Just enough grilled and seasoned taste to blend right in with the ingredients. The home made honey mustard dressing was consistent with what you would expect from honey mustard.

It was alright -- nothing special, but given the size and volume of the place, I don't necessarily expect everything to be made completely fresh to order. It did the job. The service was also just alright. My interaction with the barista/bartender was brief and unfortunately a bit stale. She wasn't rude, just not particularly warm or memorable. Overall, it's a convenient place with a lot of options, but the experience itself was pretty average.

Spoke + Ivy (west Main Street, FW) - another locally unique dinning experience that deserves a try…read more Spoke + Ivy is located on west Main Street - across the parking lot from Redwood Inn restaurant, if that helps. This restaurant is set in an old building that used to house a pharmacy. It retains the character of the building via the hardwood interiors, tall ceilings, large window views of the street and concrete/industrial ceilings. The interior is nicely decorated with inviting green, brown wood and black accent colors. Table settings were very attractive as well. You can park in the small side lot or on the street. Reservations are easily made on line. The team is very friendly and welcoming. All set the stage for a fun and relaxing dinner experience. Spoke + Ivy has a very small food and specialty cocktail menu. This is the second time we have been here. Each time we found the food to be delicious and the cocktails are uniquely designed. Here is a run down on the food items we ordered: -Focaccia Bread: a mildly sweet, dense/firm bread, slightly airy with a touch of herbs to accent. It is cut into blocks so it is easier to share. The vodka sauce is thin in consistency with a smooth Italian seasoned tomato appeal. Both make for a deliciously simple starter. -Lobster Roll Rangoon: decided to give this a try. It comes out as one large Rangoon - not individual pieces. This means that you must awkwardly cut this shareable into pieces. The slightly crispy & oily wrapper is similar to most crab Rangoon pieces. It has a nice crisp. The inside has shredded pieces of lobster. It was not filled with creme cheese sauce like traditional rangoons - just plain. The green lemon parsley sauce was simply outstanding! It's very fresh, moderately thick and has a slightly tart taste. This added "the sauce" to what the inside of the Rangoon was lacking. -Milanese: nicely breaded chicken that was very moist. The breading is slightly sweet. The fresh bed of arugula salad is a nice add -Prime Rib Pho: this sounded really interesting. It's a smaller/healthier dish. The medium rare prime rib was sliced thin and tender. There wasn't many pieces of prime rib in this dish. The add-ins were fresh and much like you would expect from a Pho dish - just not as much volume. The broth has a chili oil base that gives it a spicier flavor. Overall we really enjoy this relaxed atmosphere and character of the building. The delicious food and cocktails are excellent.

We did not get drinks or appetizers. Our meals were very good (salmon and chicken). The server was good but didn't refill my water and that' a big deal to me.
