Great company, excellent work, and efficient. I had an oak that was ¾ dead. They came out, felled this in and cut the pieces into 16" for firewood. Then I had them grind the stump and trim excess dead branches from other trees. Excellent pricing. Great Crew! read more

Arbor Care Tree Experts did a great job on the work I needed. They removed an uprooted pine tree on the side of my house, ground the stump, cleaned up the area, chipped a bunch of debris in the woods, and took down a maple limb that was hanging over the yard. Everything was done the right way, and the crew really knew what they were doing. I was also really happy with how easy the whole process was. The folks in the office were friendly and quick to respond, and the crew showed up when they said they would and worked efficiently. They cleaned up well and made sure the area looked good before they left. Overall, I was very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend them. read more

We had several overgrown foundation bushes that made our yard unsightly. We also had some dangerously low hanging Maple tree branches in our backyard. Chris from ArborCare came over for the estimate and was extremely polite and knowledgeable, and the estimate he provided was perfect for our budget. His crew arrived on time the day the work was to be done, and the work they did was exceptional! They were easy to communicate with, well-mannered, and efficient. They did a spectacular job limbing up our trees to make them look gorgeous and healthy, and they got rid of our ugly bushes. We will be working with them again in the fall to remove one more tree and replace it with a healthy one. read more

Horrible customer service. I hired Arborcare in March 2019 to cut down 2 large trees and the damage left after they completed the job was unacceptable. They ruined my lawn and cracked my sidewalk in the process of doing the job. No one proactively reaches out to me in regards to repairing the side walk, I had to call them multiple time. BUT WAIT there is more, when coming to repair the sidewalk they backed into my car and cause damaged. Not to mention the unacceptable job they did repairing the side walk. I am still trying to reach Amy the office manage after calling and email multiple time. I will never work with them again and regret working with them. read more

I wanted to hire Arbor Care Tree Experts for a residential project in my backyard but unfortunately did not receive a response from the office manager after two reschedules. Due to inclement weather my project date was moved twice. On the second date, according to the office manager, the project team was running behind schedule at another site. Instead of providing proper communications to me, I waited at home for the team to arrive and wasted a PTO day from my employer. I ultimately ended up hiring another company I received a quote from and they responded promptly to my inquiry via e-mail and a phone call. For the record, on 10/28/2016, they FINALLY made good on their promise to replace my tree. This one does look much, much better than the previous one ever did. Their communication was still horrible throughout this process but they did come through and I've given them one more star for that. But I still don't know how they stay in business. read more

Chris came out to give me an estimate to remove two fallen trees, very knowledgeable, price was good compared to others. Decided to hire Arbor Care. Called to schedule an appointment, was told someone from scheduling would call me back, 2 days later no call. I called back, scheduled a crew. A day before scheduled removal received a call to reschedule because of potential of rain, was told someone would call beginning of week to reschedule. A week and a half later, still no call back. In that time I received a quote from different company for less and trees have been removed. read more

Arbor Care Tree Experts removed an incredibly large Ponderosa Pine that threatened our house today. This was a tree that we hated to see go, but would have never survived another winter as it was unhealthy, weak, and overgrew it's own structural integrity. We had one reschedule due to ground saturation - a good remark for the company, as I will always respect any business that takes to heart the safety of their workers. Arbor Care really did take care of their workers who were well equipped with well maintained gear and safety equipment. Each worker took proper care for each other and seemed to enjoy their line of work. Each worker showed extreme skill and efficiency beyond my expectations and even though we gave them full "artistic privilege" (read: do what you have to do) to complete the job with their safety in mind the only remaining touches on the property were the impacts of the dense logs that fell exactly as they planned - they did not even harm the shrub line that they had prefaced would likely need removal. We opted for the stump to be left, and they left it cleanly cut. Total job time was a little over two hours and filled a third of a logging truck. We have already and will continue to recommend Arbor Care Tree Experts. read more

I cannot get this company to actual show up to do my tree removal job. Yesterday was the third appointment I've scheduled with them, and they did not call or show. Previously, I've heard excuses such as the truck broke down, the computer system was down, etc. I just want my tree work completed and am willing to pay for that. Chris came oUt to give us an estimate in a very timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He seemed to have a lot of knowledge with trees and was able to guide us in making the right decision to either remove or trim our huge maple tree. His estimate was comparable monetary wise to 3 other companies we got estimates from. We choose Arbor Care based on our experience with Chris, hence the two stars that were earned. The crew they sent to do the work is a whole different story. They started showing up at 1:30 for a noon appointment but sat in their cars outside our house until 2:30 when the entire crew had arrived. There were 5 men in my backyard. Three men standing around on their cell phones chatting and vaping their e cigarettes. 1 climber and 1 man to help the climber. The estimate was to remove tree limbs by house, trim secondary limbs from canopy and flush cut all previous stub cuts. The climber only removed limbs by our house. That only happened because my husband had to keep asking them to remove each limb. The climber started getting frustrated with my husbands requests (which were only what we were supposed to have done). The climber started getting attitude so we stopped communicating with him. The canopy was never trimmed and the stubs were never cut flush anywhere else on the tree. We spent a small fortune and now feel we will need to pay another company to finish the job. read more

It was very sad to see our 40 + year old trees go, however these guys did a fantastic job. They provided me with their insurance certificate (which I confirmed was legit) with the quote, the clean-up after the job was completed was far superior than any other company I've ever used.
