We paid him for his services but he was suppose to come out again to fill in the large ruts the crane made in the yard and to cut up the remainder of the large trunk, 6 weeks later and 5 calls, he never returned to finish the job. We ended up spending and additional 150.00 to get ground to fill in the ruts and had to pay a neighbor with a large chain saw to help us cut up the large trunks. He responded promptly to my call "the same day". He gave me an estimate for the work. Actually he gave me an estimate for my house and my other house next door. i accepted the estimates and we shook hands. He said that he would do the work in t two weeks after he finished "The Johnson's" to which i said ok. I asked him and he agreed to call me before he came because I had to move an auto in order for him to do his work. FOUR AND A HALF WEEKS later after not hearing from him I called and spoke to his secretary/mom. She said that he had been swamped but could come out either Good Fri. or the Monday after Easter. I asked her to remind him that it had been over four weeks since we talked. She said she would. He called back within 20 min. and told me he was swamped but would be able to do the work on Monday. It is now Mon nearly noon and no word, nothing. If or when he decides to show up he does excellent work. I know because he did work for me several years ago and I was very satisfied.
