We paid him for his services but he was suppose to come out again to fill in the large ruts the crane made in the yard and to cut up the remainder of the large trunk, 6 weeks later and 5 calls, he never returned to finish the job. We ended up spending and additional 150.00 to get ground to fill in the ruts and had to pay a neighbor with a large chain saw to help us cut up the large trunks. I even left messages to have him call me if he was not planning on finishing the job but did not have the common courtesy to even call back. I thought someone from our home town would be reliable but I learned a hard lesson. Never pay in full until the job is done!!!

He asked us for a 250 deposit which I stupidity agreed to and paid him. After I paid him the 250 the 2 hours suddenly turned into 4 hours. He promised me he would get the job done that day as it was an emergency WITH A HUGE SECTION OF MY TREE ON MY HOUSE! When I called him to tell him we were dealing with the insurance company he said he would be here the next day to talk about his services and what we can do. When asking a time frame and I suggesting a time earlier in the morning he hinted around he wasn't going to be here until the afternoon. He said he had guys coming in late and would be able to get to us until later. It was the same thing he had been doing to us all day stating a time and then pushing that time back over and over. So when we asked for our deposit back and wanted to go with a service that would get the emergency job done in a real time frame he refused to give us our money back for the services he did not complete for us. Don't give this tree service a a dime of you money! I guess we are just out 250 dollars now.
