Great service! I reached out via FaceBook and had a response within an hour. Chatted back and forth…read moreabout quantity and price and I had 3/4 cord of firewood delivered in my driveway two days later. Really impressed with their service, responsiveness and price. Good, quality cured wood too. Had two campfires since delivery and it burns great.

The good, very responsive to request and delivered on time…read more The rest of the story. First I reached out directly to them immediately and communicated over 4 days trying to get some resolution. The wood was delivered Saturday January 13 2024. I stacked it the next day in the morning. The pile had over 150 lbs of crap in it that I had to dispose of because it was too small and inconsistent shapes to stack. Almost 1/3 was too big to go in a fireplace and will need to be hand split, some 3 times because they are so big. Additionally the delivery included large oddly shaped knotted stumps that are unusable without having a machine splitter. I wrote them a note on messenger about this and sent pics. After stacking I built a fire, well attempted to...the wood is so wet internally that it wouldn't light until the fourth attempt and I used 4 fire igniter sticks to get it going. I sent them a 2nd message with video showing the moisture coming out the ends of the wood and dripping onto the hearth, you can hear the moisture on the video. There were several more videos and messages over the next several days because I burn daily. Each day was a struggle to light. The only response I got was they would come out teach me how to start a fire! WTF I've been building and burning a fireplace fire for over 50 years. Nothing else. I asked them to come out look at the wood, nope. I wrote a review on their FB page and they now took the review section down. Stay away. BTW they are more expensive by $80 than my usual guy but he is out of wood because he won't sell unseasoned wood.
