I spoke to Sharon and she was to provide an estimate. Didn't hear from her called again left message no response. My husband called left message no response. I called a third timer left another message no response. I asked if they didn't want to do to let me know so I could find someone else. I then filled out online request form. I got a response Sharon would e mail back to confirm. No response. I am very disappointed I had referred people to them but won't again. Very unprofessional if you dont want to fo a job you could at least respond letting me know.

They were prompt, courteous, respectful, communicative, and extremely reasonable in price. They took great care with every part of the process of my tree's removal. The tree was uprooted and smashed down onto our wooden fence (the poor fence is past due on getting replaced) but Bennett's team carefully removed the tree without causing further damage to the other panels of the fence. I thought that this would be impossible to remove without ripping out more portions, just to clear it to get it out.  Part of the service that I opted to purchase was the removal of the entire tree, debris, and cleanup. I happened to mention that I wanted to keep some of the wood for a project (the tree had great sentimental value) and was thrilled that they neatly left behind what I had indicated I was thinking about doing with it, if I could cut it up myself. This was not part of the service and yet they did it with such thoughtfulness and respect, leaving those pieces behind for me to take back to my workshop. After removing the remaining parts of the tree, they filled in the hole. I don't know if that is typical but for the price of the service, I did not expect that, on top of their help with the pieces that I wanted to save!  That willow tree was an important part of our life since we moved here in late 2000. Mostly because we planted it ourselves (it actually survived!!) but primarily because it was a memorial for our beloved pets over the years. Words can NOT adequately express just how impressed with this business that I am. It goes without saying that over the years, it often seemed like customer service and overall pride in one's workmanship had dwindled to the point of almost nonexistent. When we encounter situations such as these, we really need to make a point to acknowledge those who have made a lasting impression on us with their thoughtful actions and strong work ethic. I absolutely recommend them (Bennett's Tree Service) and would definitely use them again. The pictures can be found on Google reviews to see how awesome they are. Again, I was not expecting to have much of that portion of the fence remaining once the tree was removed. The only part missing is the portion that the tree squished (it's there but in fragments). Right now (while we search for fencing contractors) the fence is being held up by wooden pallets, duct tape, & a prayer but that's because they left something behind for me to do that! I am still SO impressed!

He answered and took my information and had a quote to me within 24 hours. His quote was incredibly reasonable so I moved forward. His reviews and photos mirrored the type of company you would want to work with. He was able to provide me with a copy of his insurance as all trees were very close to structures, a fence, shed, deck, and my house. I was scheduled within a week due to some rain in the forecast. He and his team showed up on-time, as expected, and began working quickly but carefully. They had all of the necessary equipment, knowledge, and experience to remove the trees safely and protect my property. They were also very kind, polite, and easy to communicate with. There was not one piece of any of the trees that came down in a location that was not intended by the crew and in some cases was tied off and lowered to the ground piece by piece. Although they had to bring a lot of equipment into my yard, my yard was not damaged at all and their clean up was ABSOLUTELY impeccable!
