We 3-way called my insurance and she helped get that part of the process done, which was great. She handled the windshield replacement completely and I forgot to ask about the toll tag/registration stickers - what to do about them - well guess what they removed and reapplied them to the windshield without me even asking. I was thrilled. Thanks Annette!! I highly recommend her and this glass shop.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Using RB Autoglass also insured that I got a genuine Audi windshield that fits and functions perfectly. We left the car there and when we returned they told us the total was $35. Later in the week we realized the hole was still there. We went back to ask for our money back and he asked if we even got the tire fixed there, like he didn't even know who we were. He said he would fix it again but said he would not give a refund. Once I told him no thank you, he started to get aggressive with me after I explained that we were taking it somewhere else because we did not want to risk anything with a long road trip. Once we took it to the dealership they told us there was a nail in the tire, which means this tire shop did nothing but put air in the tire. This situation is a bit disappointing because I like to give part of my business to local businesses. Needless to say, I won't be going back here and I would recommend for others to stay away.

I learned the center high mounted brake lamp on my 2012 Camaro wasn't working when I got pulled…read moreover for an expired registration sticker by a state trooper. I thought hey, no problem, I can replace a brake lamp. So I ordered the lamp on the internet and once I received it, I sat down to watch a youtube video on how to install it. OMG. There was no way I could do it. It is like the entire car is built around this stupid brake light. You have to basically disassemble your car to get to it. So I made an appointment at a mechanic shop that I have used before. They said they would do it, but when I got there and they took a look at it, they bailed on me and said no. So I called Buddha's Garage. They also said no, but referred me to Slick Rydes. Bill had never replaced a CHMBL in a Camaro before, but he was willing to try at least. I knew it was a major pain in the butt and he had some difficulties, but he did it! The reason I mentioned my expired registration sticker was that Bill went above and beyond and took my car to get it inspected while he had it so I could get my registration renewed before my court date on Friday! Now that is some amazing customer service. He didn't have to offer to do that at all, and I doubt anyone else would. Another thing I appreciated was he never talked down to me or tried to feed me BS because I am a woman, which happens more often than not whenever my car needs repairs. I highly recommend Slick Rydes 100%.

UPDATE: I had to go back to him for more work in another situation and want to leave another review because of my gratitude towards him: Bill is a truly trustworthy, honest and good person. My car was going to be totaled and I would have owed $2000 and had no car but bill cut me a deal and saved me from that. He knows what he's doing, does great work and he won't rip anyone off. What he did for me wasn't special treatment, it's what he does for everyone. He's there to help not to take advantage. I highly recommend him, definitely give this guy your business.

Had some windows made by this company, had a man come out who's name started with a K cussing and…read morethrowing stuff cause he was struggling with some specialty shaped window measurements and things falling. That should of been my first sign to maybe look else where, second was told windows would be made in 10-14 days took an extra week ok a little more understandable, then when dropped off was asked for payment while my partner was taking care of this issue. Third issue is they were rude when dropping off windows saying they knew how to do their job, when we never questioned that just wanted answers so if our customer had questions we could answer them. Well turns out one window wasn't made while we had two windows extra that didn't march any size of window that was ordered. Called they looked for it and then called to have it remade best thing they did it was rushed but since it was rushed the glass was scratched, so the replacement window wasn't trying to be rushed again to possibly show up at the end of the week great but for sure Monday ok. Well it is Tuesday still no window and they haven't gotten it either and now I won't get it until Wednesday when the weather will be starting at 35 degrees. At this point I'm asking about some kind of reimbursement cause this has already delayed the project I have going on for days let alone the week extra to get started. Go in circles with the owner who makes these decisions is out of the office, the women who makes these calls isn't in, I have to take this up with the manufacturer, the owner of the company will have to get back to you on that. Yet no one has gotten back to me about it. I've dealt with a warehouse person possible the manager who doesn't like when you have. Questions about their answer or more the one question because it's nothing they can do, or it's not their fault. Told me the people who talk to about getting a reimbursement would have to be the manufacturer but then changed it to the owner of the company. Told me to call and hung up, did t give a number didn't ask if I needed or had any other questions very poor customer service. I call the office to speak to Terry I'm on hold for 5-10 mins the. Jim gets on the phone says Terry is in meeting he can call me when he gets out that was around 11:30 I had to call back around 2:40 to follow up and they said he left out of the office for personal reasons. So again I'm not having my issues resolved. I haven't gotten questions answered in the best of light and seems when you have more then one question more then just one staff member doesn't like it. I will not be working with them again and hope others will chose a company that values everyone's times. Oh and if we didn't pay in full when they requested they would repo our windows even though they made errors. Great job Longhorns!
