He almost had me paying for parts that I didn't need because he claimed that he had looked under my hood when he hadn't. The labor cost he quoted this time was high. When I suggested leaving off part of the repair work to bring the cost down and asked for a quote, he didn't even bother to respond. I found an auto repair that will do the job for half the labor cost quoted by Mr. Edwin of Erazos Auto Repair in Humble.

Outstanding job by the service department... said no satisfied customer ever…read more I brought my car in for a recall after being encouraged multiple times to have the service completed at this dealership. When my vehicle was returned, it had 1 mile of fuel remaining--not one gallon, one mile. I understand that dealerships don't normally fill up your gas tank after service, but when the service manager, Clay, specifically promises that the vehicle will be fueled before it's returned, I expect that promise to be kept. Instead, I was left wondering if I'd even make it to a gas station. Thankfully, I have AAA and was able to get two gallons of gas delivered. Without that, I could have easily been stranded. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability. No courtesy call to let me know the fuel level was critically low, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. I even would have been willing to meet someone at a gas station with the loaner vehicle to put gas in my car if they had simply communicated. Instead, Clay suggested that I drive all the way back to the dealership in Spring to have them fill it up--even though he knows I live in Katy. That would have meant wasting a significant amount of gas just to correct a mistake the dealership made. Customer service is about keeping your word and taking responsibility when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. Very disappointing.

When they make a mistake they take ZERO accountability, ultimately blaming YOU for their mistake. I went in for a tire replacement. I wasn't driving the vehicle that needed the replacement. I took off my wheel/tire and took it to them. Before taking it off I saw and knew my rim had ZERO damage. I even have PICTURES!!!! Then after he replaced my tire I took it to my stranded car and it was then that I noticed my rim was pretty scratched up. My car is a 2025 and these rims are NOT CHEAP so I had to go tell them what they did. I was as calm as a person can be that was wronged . They didn't want to accept that they damaged my rim when I gave them the evidence that my rim was NOT DAMAGED before them yet they still argued and argued with me to no end. DO NOT GO HERE.
