Aquatic solutions completed a major renovation of our pool on Kauai and it is breathtaking! We managed the project in house but only because of the help of Steve Marratta. This man knows what he is doing and is a world of valuable knowledge. He answered everyone of our questions, helped us with the final design, scheduled material drops as well as crew time and size. He has the passion and the energy to achieve top of the line pools. Adan and his crew did a complete remodel, leveling the deck, installing new tile in the pool, repairing a crack in the pool floor, installing new steps and sitting bench, new ladders and handrails, all new PVC lines, jets, control vault plumbing, new pool lights, complete new stone deck and a magnificent custom lava rock waterfall constructed on the pool deck including up lighting the waterfall which is amazing to see after dark! Their workmanship and professionalism is of the highest quality and you will be very fortunate if you get to work with them. They come highly recommended to anyone looking for a cost effective first class company for pool install, remodel or repair. They are simply, "The Best"! We would absolutely use them in again should we ever need to but we have no doubts this pool will last us years! Thanks Steve and Adan for a fantastic finished product. Our owners and guest absolutely gush at the site of our new pool! Prince Kuhio Resort Koloa, Hawaii read more

With all the stories of poor experiences with contractors, I would like to tell you about a very positive one. We built a pool and spa with Aquatic Pool Solutions recently and could not be more pleased. They were recommended to us by our friends who used them for their pool remodel. Steve the owner came out and did more listening than talking He really took the time to hear our vision and make it our backyard dream We received one other quote and while Steve was less expensive it was close. The project started on time , progressed steadily then completed on time and on budget! We were kept informed the entire process and felt like we were in control throughout the project. The quality is impeccable and the craftsmanship on details are priceless. I am unable to give you one less than favorable aspect of the experience. I first want to thank the owner Steve Marrata and his crew for our beautiful backyard. I then want to recommend to anyone needing a pool, remodel, pumps or anything else related to water in your backyard, do yourself a favor and call Aquatic Pool Solutions. Recently had my 35 year old pool updated by Aquatic Solutions. They refinished my concrete deck, re-tiled my waterline, changed the shape of and enlarged my stairs, added a ledge and then re-plastered with Quartscapes. I have been very happy with the whole process. They show up when they say they are going to, do quality work, charge a fair price, and clean up after themselves when they are done. Steve was great at making suggestions and helped me figure out the best option for my situation. I felt that my satisfaction was his biggest priority and he wasn't just looking to sell me the most expensive option. Steve was very accommodating through the process allowing me to make changes along the way and didn't try to up-charge me even though he had a lot of chances to once we were mid-construction. It was nice to work with trustworthy people who I didn't feel were trying to take advantage of me. read more

When we decided to redo our existing (47 year old) pool, tile was an only option most contractors recommended, re-plastering was never offered as an alternative. When Steve came over, he agreed to re-plaster without 'up-selling' us on expensive tile. His crew came in and did a terrific job. Steve's hard work and expertise puts Aquatic Solutions to a 5 star status. He came by daily to check on work being done and always had a positive attitude. Our pool needed a lot of work, but everything was finished on time and Steven communicated with us thru the whole process. If we had a any questions, he got back to us within minutes...and followed thru with suggestions and options. We highly recommend Aquatic Solutions Hawaii to anyone who owns a pool. It will get done RIGHT!!! We are now enjoying our brand new pool. read more

This is a great company with great employees and contractors. I had several companies provide bids for installation of a new hot tub and pool at my home in Mililani Mauka. Aquatic Solutions came in with the most competitive pricing as well as quickest turnaround time. These guys were quick to get started and were able to get my pool completed within the initial projected timeline. We had a minor issue with acquiring final permit approval for which they had to come back out and move a piece of equipment. Steve, Adan and the rest of the team came back out to address and correct all issues to the inspectors approval. The hot tub is huge and is definitely a show stopper. We've had 12 people in and still had room for more. Thank you to Steve, Adan, Rachel, Steve and the rest of the team!!! read more

Excellent company! Steve Maratta and Adan are the best of the best. They did everything from obtain the permits to completion of pool. The different groups of workers from the gunite workers, plasters, masons, electricians, etc. were exceptional at their professions and got it done in less time than expected. They worked from Monday through Saturday and communicated with us via text and/or onsite regularly so we always knew what was happening next. I'm not sure what I expected the final pool and jacuzzi to look like but I can honestly say it looks like a resort pool and the materials used were top of the line. I can't say enough but will say thank you to everyone involved to make our dreams come true. read more

After going a year and a half trying to get someone to give us a quote to renovate our pool, we just about gave up.
