I asked him to install a couple new jets, two blew out the first time I used my jets. Then I found a leak inside my motor storage area and called him to come repair it. He flat out refused to come to my home to even look at it! He said my jacuzzi was too old I should get a new one. Really because of a leaky hose? I'd much rather spend $1000 for a repair than spend $14k for a new one. Then on top of it he lied to T. Oki trading and said I thought the repair was gonna be too costly I called my handyman who happily came over and saw the problem. He went to HH for a piece of hose and repaired it minutes for $50. I'm still happily using the same 25 year old unit daily. Jacuzzi is awesome if you can find a decent repair person.
