We received a reasonably priced quote the following day. Three days later our pool and spa were in working condition. He even made the pool more energy efficient, saving us money on the electric bill, and organized the electrical wiring. 5 stars in customer service, they will be our go to company moving forward. Well the flood was in February not in March. He is right! He didn't service my pool in February, but he didn't service it in March either. They pre-invoice for the month and they are very aggressive in collecting the payment before you even do the work. So you know, even doctors bill after they treat the patient. Your worker told me, and after I tried to get hold of him that he was on his third vacation and that his boss, Marcello will cover for him. He didn't. This company charged me for two months and didn't service my pool. I need to received a refund for both months, February and March. I did not cause the flood and since you didn't do the work you must send me a refund check for both months $418. Neptune pool is a perfect company that district attorney needs to be make aware of. If they cheat their best paying customer, God knows what they do to the government. I will take that step to protect the public. Dishonesty is not allowed. Refund please.

He convinced us to pay to drain the pool, pay for sandblasting, and start over with him. Then, in 8 months of service our pool still turned green multiple times. He defended that saying "Pool Go green every now and again, it happens. No matter who you hire". I was born and raised in Kailua and have never heard of pools going green multiple times in less than 8 months. Our pool has also often had large amounts of sediment and floating debris in that time and has not looked clean. Multiple weeks no one even showed up or contacted us that they had to reschedule etc. but Nick feels that is no reason to not pay for service. When we brought up our issues, he realized he hadn't billed us and threatened to take us to small claims court less than a week after providing the invoice. We have dogs and children and the pool gate was left open multiple times. they used our shock and chlorine and still charged us for materials. We do not recommend this company.

Oscar installed a automatic pool filler for my pool and he and his crew did just…read morean amazing job...His workmanship for detail was just incredible!! ie: He had to cut and remove the slate/stone around the pool area so he could connect the piping from the pool to the spigot, he removed all the necessary stone and when he replaced it you couldn't tell that the stone had been removed, he took the time and patience to replace it to it's original look, on top of that he also had to cut through 12ft of sod which he meticulously did so not to interrupt any of the sprinkler heads. Hard working with Great results. Just a sample of how these guys work...Went to get lunch for his crew around 11:00, brought the sandwiches back, (they were very appreciative) these guys worked through lunch to finish the job, they only drank water till everything was pau, than they ate there sandwiches which was around 2:45.
