We recently purchased a home and have never owned a pool. I was apprehensive about finding great pool service because of the mixed reviews on Yelp. I decided to use Chris and he has serviced my pool for several months now. He has been fantastic. Chris handles weekly maintenance for my pool and spa, and the water looks so clean and balanced. Chris is polite, professional and takes the time to explain any issues. He is honest and trustworthy! If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional pool service, I highly recommend Kazuo's Pool Service; you won't be disappointed. read more

Kazuo's Pool & Spa Services - Pool - Pool Cleaners Near Me

Very fast response and very professional. Our pump went out and that same day Chris responded and took care of the issue.

I contacted Chris for help after the assistance I was receiving from another pool guy was inadequate to avoid algae and chemical problems. Chris responded quickly and has helped me bring the pool into balance. He is willing to give technical assistance so I can manage the pool myself. He also made some repairs and replaced a poorly functioning pool vacuum that have really reduced my daily work. I have a better understanding of the chemical interactions and how to manage imbalances. His recommendation to use the Orenda app has been a game changer. The pool sparkles now and I am comfortable inviting others to use it. I highly recommend Chris as a thoughtful, dedicated pool expert! read more

Nothing but wonderful things to say about Kazuo's pool service. Chris established weekly service quickly and managed to get rid of an algae problem that other companies failed to resolve. He converted our old chlorine system to a salt water system and it works perfectly. I really appreciate his problem solving and transparency and am so grateful we found Kazuo's on Yelp! read more

Quick response. Did a great job bringing our pool back to a very usable condition. Pleasant & easy to work with.

Chris made setting up a jacuzzi in our new rental a breeze. We simply filled it with hose water and he did the rest. Showed up with everything that was needed and got it all working after months of being turned off. Cleaned it thoroughly and provided us with a list detailed list of everything we would need to continue to do maintenance ourselves. Extremely well priced and was able to help us the same day I reached out to him. Payment was made easy via Venmo and Chris was quick to return calls, even on weekends. If anything comes up we will def call Chris again! read more

Super friendly and knowledgeable. We barely can call ourselves official pool owners, but he came to our rescue. He took the time to show how the parts of the pool work and how to manage the pool levels. Offered to get the items we needed without question, and came back the next day to check the levels again. So are so happy we found him. Highly recommended for your pool!! read more

I had installed a new pool pump myself but could not get it to prime and work properly. I called Kazuo's, got a return call within 10 minutes. I told Chris what my problem was and he told me he would stop by in the morning (this morning). Luckily he knew what he was doing and within 15 minutes everything was working great. Great customer service - thank you Chris read more

Chris has been a complete and professional service man for my pool. He has gone above and beyond the normal scope of work that I have seen in the many years that I've had my pool. He provides excellent service and has been very diligent since the day he has started. I have seen a vast improvement in my pool quality. I have also seen a substantial cost savings in electricity due to the vacuum system along with the circulating pump Chris installed. No polaris needed. Highly recommend Chris and his services! read more

We had a different pool service who was okay but when I would contact them, they took long to respond or not at all and their billing procedures were questionable. Chris responds quickly, is very friendly and charges a little less than the other guys. After he cleans, our pool looks great! He does a really good job. He also explained everything so if we wanted to maintain our pool ourselves, we could. He also adjusted our pumps so it works more efficiently and we save on our electric bill. I would definitely recommend him! read more

My jacuzzi is leaking and making a whirling sound. So I called Chris to see if he could help. He was very responsive. I sent him a couple of videos of my issues, and although he could not help, he took the time to analyze the issues and recommended another person to help. There was nothing in it for him, but he took the time to help me. The business world needs more people like Chris. Mahalo! read more
