We purchased a beautiful 2025 Master Spa in Sept, shipping and delivery was as expected. Mike the…read moresalesman was wonderful very helpful. Delivery and "installation" entails delivery of the spa to the designated place. We were told to get the electrician to connect the spa and then call and we'd be instructed how to set up. We called and were sent shortcut instructions to apply the chemicals and told read the (online 87 pages) manual. The manual said to use the InTouch app to see the chemical balance. But, the InTouch app didn't work. Drew made sure we got the chemical strips the next day. Unfortunately, we also couldn't get the heater to work. Drew, the tech came out in a timely manner to discover the heater was damaged on transport. New heater came a week later and was installed in a timely manner, but still didn't work. I was put in touch with the owner and another tech, Casey figured out it was a spa setting that was wrong and this fixed the heater. While everyone was very kind and helpful, we were all challenged with getting the InTouch Gecko spa app to work. I was put in touch with the owner and Nick another service tech. He was able to identify the app problem and we figured it out it was a router issue. He had suggestions on what kind of system I needed to run the app and we got it up and running. My suggestion is to provide a 15-30 minute service appointment after spa installation, I have been offered a class at their store for instruction on operation of the spa. Everyone has been polite and have certainly responded to requests for assistance. We have found a solution to each challenge. When The Pool Doctor came out they better explain things. save me money, things i did not need when they could of charge me for it. They did not try to upsell me on stuff i didn't need. He serviced my pool for 3 weeks (once a week service) and by the 3rd day the pool is turning black again. He suggested an acid wash. Drain the pool and acid wash. Asked him how much? Then off the top of his head he say $800. I'm like WTF! who the fuck makes $800 in one day. So hired another pool company and now my pool is cherry! Stays clear and blue.
