We purchased a beautiful 2025 Master Spa in Sept, shipping and delivery was as expected. Mike the salesman was wonderful very helpful. Delivery and "installation" entails delivery of the spa to the designated place. We were told to get the electrician to connect the spa and then call and we'd be instructed how to set up. We called and were sent shortcut instructions to apply the chemicals and told read the (online 87 pages) manual. The manual said to use the InTouch app to see the chemical balance. But, the InTouch app didn't work. Drew made sure we got the chemical strips the next day. Unfortunately, we also couldn't get the heater to work. Drew, the tech came out in a timely manner to discover the heater was damaged on transport. New heater came a week later and was installed in a timely manner, but still didn't work. I was put in touch with the owner and another tech, Casey figured out it was a spa setting that was wrong and this fixed the heater. While everyone was very kind and helpful, we were all challenged with getting the InTouch Gecko spa app to work. I was put in touch with the owner and Nick another service tech. He was able to identify the app problem and we figured it out it was a router issue. He had suggestions on what kind of system I needed to run the app and we got it up and running. My suggestion is to provide a 15-30 minute service appointment after spa installation, I have been offered a class at their store for instruction on operation of the spa. Everyone has been polite and have certainly responded to requests for assistance. We have found a solution to each challenge. Casey is committed to provide service recovery if any issues arise, even while traveling out of the country read more

We purchased a used Michael Phelps Master Spa from an individual who could no longer use it due to a medical condition that arose. The Spa Guy originally sold the hot tub to this person and it was in excellent condition as it was used only a half dozen times. The Spa Guy's Bret and Drew moved the item from the seller's home to ours. It was not an easy move at either end but they executed the move flawlessly and then shrink wrapped the hot tub as it will not be used for awhile. Our hats go off to the wonderful folks at the Spa Guy especially owner Casey and his great salesperson Michelle. Both the seller and I praise the Spa Guy for their tremendous help. read more

After almost a year of purchasing the top of the line Micheal Phelps spa, we are still awaiting the issues to be addressed. We have reached out the first time and if it wasn't for us being persistent, they would have never tried to address us. The sales lady just refers you to the office. Unbelievable!!! Drew has been amazing, he tried to assist us, thanks Drew. Nick, with Kailani Pools was hired and was wonderful but, they still do not work after a few attempts. That is just the first issue we have had to deal with. Just want to say, you are better off buying an inexpensive spa, it will do the same thing. Plus you will probably receive better/professional services. The owner of the company just sells the spas and has no idea how they work. I guess his motto is not Customer service. read more

We bought a Challenger 15D one year ago from the Spa Guy Hawaii. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are always available to address my inquiries. We met Kathy & Casey at the 2024 Kaneohe event. Kathy helped us determine which model was best for our needs and Casey helped us crunch the numbers. NO PRESSURE. They addressed our concerns. We purchased our swim spa and one year later - we are very happy and highly recommend the Spa Guy Hawaii to our friends and family. Yes, there were additional expenses but Casey informed us and gave us some rough estimates to work into our budget. Drew came to oversee the delivery and do the orientation of our new Master Spa. He has been our "go to guy" since. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Mahalo to Casey, Drew, Kathy & Michelle. Our swim spa is perfect for the workouts, fun for the grandkids and relaxing anytime of day. Simply priceless. read more

Casey is an expert when it comes to spas! We met with him on a Saturday and he spent so much time teaching us about spas and why Master Spas are the best. We visited competitors on the same day and weren't impressed. He came to our house on Sunday to do a site check and handle the contract. They delivered the spa on Tuesday! We are absolutely loving our Twilight Series spa and I finally don't wake up with aches and pains every morning. I would definitely recommend Casey and Spa Guy Hawaii. read more

I purchased a spa in August 2024 - I was told to expect delivery between 3 to 5 weeks , it was delivered 3 1/2 weeks later - During the original set up, my electrician had a problem hooking up the 220 from a 110 Spa set up - I was told by another electrician that was more familiar with spas. It would be at least two weeks before he could get me on his schedule and this was a Saturday. Sunday morning, the owner of Spa guy Hawaiii showed up at my home, got the Spa working 100% in about an hour - That IS REAL SERVICE !!! I highly recommend Spa Guy Hawaii to anyone that is looking for a new Spa or service that you can count on Patrick Hughes Oahu, Hawaii read more

We love our new pool/spa from master spa, but the delivery service and technical support are lacking. Our pool was delivered by clowns, dropped off the truck, damaged our concrete, and was improperly hooked up to our electrical box (GFCI). Luckily no one was hurt, but repairs to get the spa working took months and time off of work....and the pictures show hardware and wires that I found after they closed up the sides on the spa (hopefully not needed) no discount for anything... read more

K.C., Aston, and Michelle are all very professional and wonderful folks at The Spa Guy Hawaii. We wanted a hot tub for a very long time but we were a bit unsure how we would get it into our home high on the hill. They were so helpful and supported us every step of the way. There was nothing for us to figure out ourselves. They recommend Haku Crane and Rigging who is an absolute expert. He made it look so easy! He came and looked at our house first to see if it could be done. They also recommended an electrician Keoni at Kannon Electrical who was so professional and knowledgeable. He has had so much experience setting up the wiring of hot tubs. If we knew it would have been this easy, we would have done it years ago. They set up all the chemicals too. We are very happy. They look over all our concerns and handled it. They were always available as different questions came up. They are so kind and professional. I'm not sure we would have gone forward with it if it weren't the quality and comfort level we experienced with The Spa Guy Hawaii people. They are all wonderful! We really love our new hot tub! read more

So I have to write an update on our purchase. Bottom line, we don't have a spa. I was so excited initially. I got home and got nervous. I called the owner 48 hours after the purchase to cancel because the paper states 72 hours or lose deposit. We had put over $11k down as a deposit. He asked why we wanted to cancel. I said there are too many unknowns that I can't do it. I explained, like running electrical, positioning, etc. He said no worries, putting 72 hours down is a must, and he doesn't hold us to it. So I said ok, we will wait for an electrician. Not realizing what this beautiful spa entails, I almost fell over when I calculated in my head what the added cost would be to install. We needed to run more electrical from the street, which needed an engineer, etc. Bottom line another $25k. And putting holes everywhere, piping, etc. We decided to cancel. Called the owner and wanted our full refund. Initially, he told me no. Thank God we have cameras that record talking and he clearly said don't worry about the 72 hours. I threatened attorneys and all. Wasn't pretty. Bottom line, we got back only $7k. Of course my husband was furious, but I said let it go. I'm writing this not to bash the company, but I can say he should have been more informative to what this entails. He's the expert and should know this isn't a merely plug and go item. We have a home on a golf course. We weren't trying to pinch pennies. I just didn't want all these wires running through PVC, etc, and looking ugly. I'd rather just pay more and put a real swimming pool in our yard. Do your homework BEFORE deciding to buy anything like this and trust your gut. If someone says yeah yeah all good, having the sale might just be more important to them than happy, satisfied customers for life! read more

Great guy. Personable with me and my kids. Wasnt pushed into buying anything. Would definitely recommend.

Quick delivery and awesome extra touches like free chemical delivery! Very friendly and easy to work with.

We were amazed at the various models that were available at the Blaisdell Exhibition Center. When we identified the Spa that suited our needs Kyle & Casey brought together their team to our home to discuss the concrete foundation, placement of the Spa and even made recommendations that will enhance our system's use for years to come. It's a complete package of deck, railings, bar and UV shade for sun protection. We look forward to the installation and we really appreciate how responsive and helpful the team is in making this a reality. They were friendly, professional and supportive. That's big in our book when dealing with a company. Reliability and professionalism is key and Spa Guy Hawai'i hits the mark. I went to the 50% spa expo at the Blaisdell on Sunday October 30th 2022. I got sold and placed an "order" 6 months from now (April 2023) to get delivered. After doing my research I found that the price offered was not at 50% off and far above average purchase price. I called the owner Casey on Monday 11/07/2022 ( 8 days later) to cancel my order which is far in advance as this unit is supposed to be ordered and delivered 6 months from now. Casey said no cancellation (passed 3days) at first then offered to keep 50% of the purchase price of $16643.97. First off no one told me about a deposit as I was made to pay in full in advance. That means he wants to keep $8300 just because of the "hassle". I told him that would not work for me as I simply want to cancel the order and get my full refund. I asked him again to cancel the order and simply refund my money (no response). Again, this is for an "order" 6 months from now. #noproductdeliverednodeal #50%offspaexpoisaripoff #khonneedstoinvestigate Update: Casey has agreed to cancel my order respectfully. Thank you Casey read more
