They pre-invoice for the month and they are very aggressive in collecting the payment before you even do the work. So you know, even doctors bill after they treat the patient. Your worker told me, and after I tried to get hold of him that he was on his third vacation and that his boss, Marcello will cover for him. He didn't. This company charged me for two months and didn't service my pool. I need to received a refund for both months, February and March. I did not cause the flood and since you didn't do the work you must send me a refund check for both months $418. Neptune pool is a perfect company that district attorney needs to be make aware of. If they cheat their best paying customer, God knows what they do to the government. I will take that step to protect the public. Dishonesty is not allowed. Refund please.
