Jeff is really nice, but his time management is very poor, and the quality of his work is lacking. First of all, he ran late the day he was supposed to start working on my bathtub, and when he finally showed up, he said it was too late to start, but asked if I could write him a deposit check. I thought that was somewhat unprofessional, but I figured that his poor scheduling was a one-time thing so I gave him the deposit. We rescheduled and he was running late again, but he promised he would show up that day. When he didn't, I texted him to ask if he was on his way, and he said no, because he was going to the airport to drop off a friend. WTF. He eventually starts working on my tub and it looked great afterwards, but he needed to come back to do some touch ups--which was another round of waiting. In the end, one of his assistants finished the job and that was that, right? No, no, it wasn't. Yes, my tub looked so much better than it did before, but my shower head somehow broke during the process and my drain no longer drains properly, and will get clogged after a few uses. And then the finish started chipping and there are rough patches in the basin. I emailed him to take advantage of the warranty, but I never received any response. I actually can't use the tub anymore because it gets clogged constantly, which makes me depressed because I essentially paid money to have someone brick my shower. This was such a poor experience that I'll probably just have the whole bathroom redone instead of hiring another company to fix the Doctor's work.
