I wasn't getting a quick response from my normal pool guy so thought maybe i would just put it in myself. Turns out they can install it for about the same price you would pay if you bought it. I paid a bit more as i wanted to reroute my pool equipment layout and had Steven guys bore a couple of new holes in a cmu wall to make this happen. To make things even better, Steven was able to schedule me in the next week. I was hoping the install would be done in a day, but it took two days. They were really busy. I also ended up changing my sand filter and Polaris pump. They configured the layout so that if i ever want to install a salt water generator it will be an easy addition. This is my second set of pool equipment and this time i asked if they could permanently pipe the backwash piping. I'm loving that as now i can easily backwash my system by myself. The finished layout turned out beautiful and I got the longer warranty because they installed. it. And it's great to know that if there are any problems with the equipment, he's the company representative here. Bonus was that Steven told me that there were rebates on the sand filter and intelliflow pump. To make it even better, he filled out the one of the rebate forms for me and provided information on how to complete the other rebates. That is serious customer service! I would recommend you give them a call if you are looking to upgrade or change out your pool pump equipment. Their prices are very competitive and workmanship is great. Plus considering how busy they are, he is very responsive.

They always show up as scheduled and they've been especially helpful when we've had things break or go wrong with our pool. HOWEVER, the reason they only get 3 stars is because their billing is an absolute nightmare. We tried to pay online with the site they used to offer for that and it was such a hassle. Then, we tried to call them by phone to sort out back payments and it has taken MONTHS to finally get everything squared away. If they could get their act together on the billing and payments they would be an excellent company.
