He never returned. I sent 6 nice texts to Dave with no response. I also left 2 messages at the shop with no response. There was no part of our interaction or messages that would upset anyone. If Horner was too busy, they should at least say that. We waited a long time to allow for a response. There was no reason to leave me wondering and wasting my time waiting. Very rude and unprofessional.

After speaking to Shawn and telling him what was happening he said he was able to stop by today which I was extremely pleased and happy with that fact. Since Covid is so bad especially in this area he gave me instructions about explaining he would be wearing a mask, gloves and honoring social distancing. I appreciated that greatly. After checking on the outside well he came in and checked the basement set up. Shawn found the problem, was able to fix it and we were very relieved that he was able to find and repair the problem. The service was great and I feel confident with the expertise and professionalism shown by Shawn. I will definitely recommend and refer anyone with well troubles to Walter's Well in Delta.

The fan bearing had gone out and they did not fix, yet the he stated I had to tell their tech that I wanted it fixed. ? Seriously? I have to direct their technicians, even though I have been paying close to $500 annualy for their VIP program? He later wanted to reimburse me for the VIP and NOT fix the problem to avoid taking care of it. After a final legal threat, a tech was sent out to replace. They have no after hours support even though they claim to. Their on-call tech was sick when we called. He could not reach his backup or the Serv Mgr. Extremely poor management in my opinion. I contacted another Carrier HVAC company and they came out immediately as I smelled something foul in the house. They discovered that poisenous gases were in our house from a plugged heat exchanger. This same heat exchanger and model had a Class Action from over 20 years ago which Pugh did not notify me of or take advantage of. They had waited too long and compensation for a replacement had expired, now. This is inexcussable to allow to happen on Pugh's part. Thankfully, we have seperated and I now have a new furance and a company that I can trust my life with.

Last year, almost a year from today, our pool pump motor took a dump. I went in and they attached my impeller to a new motor and installed a new motor shaft seal and all on the same day. Today my wife called while I was at work and said our pump wasn't working. After a little investigating it seemed the pump motor was out again. Looked at it and it seemed there had been a leak under the bottom of the motor. Took it in to Mark and he deemed the motor shaft seal had failed. Took my motor, told me he get me a new motor, attached an upgraded shaft seal and attached the impeller. They called as promised, same day service, and it was warrantied. If you need pool items or any supplies I highly suggest you go see Mark and the team at The Poolside Shop for honest and reliable service.
