Then the weather got bad and snowy and cold and I really thought it would have to wait till spring time- with each snow, more of the grass fell down in my driveway and it was a real mess. I did call Dynamic -they came out in the snow and the cold and took care of it. That wasn't easy and that's why I'm impressed with them.

Over the course of three weeks, I called and left 4 messages and even emailed Lindsay. Never got any return phone call - not even a "sorry we are too busy and can't fit you in" call or email back. I purchased a house 7 years ago that had a Sieler's system already in it. The system was old, but…read moreit still worked very well. My softner stopped working last summer, the day before I was to leave for a vacation. The owner came by after hours to make sure that he got it up and running before I left. He brought along a used motherboard for the system just in case that was the problem. It was. He charged me for a regular service call and that was it. Didn't even try to sell me a new system. 2 weeks ago I had a new Osmosis system installed. I had a couple of questions about it, so I gave them a call this past Friday. Instead of trying to answer my questions on the phone, the lady sent out a technician to answer my questions and to double check that everything was in tip top shape. Very kind and professional. They are the best around.

It's hard to believe how much Sieler's Water System has improved our very hard water. We no longer…read morehave lime, calcium, and rust coating everything and shortening the life of several appliances. Clothes wash cleaner, food cooks better, and shampooing now results in softer hair (no more stiff coarse hair). Wished we'd had the softener installed years ago. After talking to Water Boy and the "other big boy water company in the field", I noticed the huge…read moredifference in attitude when talking to the two companies was like night and day. The other company really made me feel like I was a bother to them and they really were not interested and almost trying to blow me off and I should just take their word for everything they say, write a check and be done with it. Why? Because as they told me, they are the "biggest company in the field". Snobby might be a better word. I simply did not like that experience at all. So we decided to have a whole house water softener and Reverse osmosis system installed by Water Boy. In addition we had them install an ozone cold water wash system on our washer. Every part of the experience was fantastic! They totally take the time with you to be certain you get the correct system for your home (and I asked a lot of questions). The entire experience from the very first contact was as friendly and professional as you can get and the installation, sales, and office people were great. This is a family owned business and it is very clear that customer service and going out of their way to make certain customers are satisfied is of their primary concern. And it is very easy to see that they totally enjoy what they do. A whole home system can be a considerable investment and with that in mind, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Water Boy Systems to anyone.

Water Boy Systems did an amazing job with our water softener. We have now had it for a year and a…read morehalf and we absolutely love it. Grant came out (during a snow storm!) for the initial estimate. He tested our water and explained everything clearly. I previously had our water tested by an independent lab and, even though Grant did not know about these lab results, everything he said lined up with the lab results I had. I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. Water Boy feels like a very wholesome and positive family company, which I very much prefer over some faceless corporation with cheesy sales people.

The woman on the phone answered with a happy "Oh yeah! We know him!" I could hear the smile in her voice. When they arrived to give a quote I had missed a sale by a few days. Even though I wasn't even buying that day they extended the sale for me. I was amazed. When they arrived, it kept impressing me further. First thing, I have an old stairwell in an old farm house so steep and narrow that I nicknamed them suicide stairs. They wrangled that appliance down without a single complaint. Everything was done fast and clean. I am terrified by spiders and when I tried to gingerly pick up some paintbrushes in the way the young man picked them up, brushed them off and blew off the webs before putting them in a jar and handing it to me. Not a word about my "girly" squeaks. In fact, they told me it happened all the time and one of them shared his story about what he was afraid of. I never felt so comfortable before with strangers working in my house. I never had questions unanswered and what they couldn't do they showed me, making sure I saw close up each step of what was needed, where it came from, and where it was going. Fantastic, when I call in someone else I'm going to know exactly what is needed and what isn't. I'm ready if someone tries to tell me extra stuff. You would think this is the local mom and pop place they are so personable. I can't suggest them enough. My softener was more than I expected, but they explained why and I agreed since I had been harboring concerns about it in the first place. And I'd never bought one before so it really wasn't a surprised that my guess in the dark was wrong. Never look at the cheapest and assume it's going to do everything you need. LOL! Water here is just stupidly full of stuff. I'm happy about everything.
