I previously had our water tested by an independent lab and, even though Grant did not know about these lab results, everything he said lined up with the lab results I had. I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. Water Boy feels like a very wholesome and positive family company, which I very much prefer over some faceless corporation with cheesy sales people.

I always tip the driver as they have to climb a flight of stairs to put the jugs into a hallway closet. The gentleman that delivered the unit was very friendly and cleaned everything when he dropped it off. It was a great set up and our guests were happy to have a bathroom to use. However the men's bathroom was accidently locked closed at the beginning of the evening and there was no way to open it from the outside because we were not provided a key. When we called, we were basically told we could drive to their location ( in the middle of our reception) to get a key because they were "off the clock, and had no one to help" First of all this is just negligence to not provide a key but what if a child lock inside or a medical emergency had happened? We considered having the fire department come and bust it open but didn't want to damage the unit. Our guests were able to use the women's side but it made for long lines and frustrated guests. The lack of concern or help with this from the company was very frustrating and put a damper on what was a special night. It was an expensive expense for us and we only got to use 50% of the unit.
