Didn't even try to sell me a new system. 2 weeks ago I had a new Osmosis system installed. I had a couple of questions about it, so I gave them a call this past Friday. Instead of trying to answer my questions on the phone, the lady sent out a technician to answer my questions and to double check that everything was in tip top shape. Very kind and professional. They are the best around.
