I purchased a house 7 years ago that had a Sieler's system already in it. The system was old, but it still worked very well. My softner stopped working last summer, the day before I was to leave for a vacation. The owner came by after hours to make sure that he got it up and running before I left. He brought along a used motherboard for the system just in case that was the problem. It was. He charged me for a regular service call and that was it. Didn't even try to sell me a new system. 2 weeks ago I had a new Osmosis system installed. I had a couple of questions about it, so I gave them a call this past Friday. Instead of trying to answer my questions on the phone, the lady sent out a technician to answer my questions and to double check that everything was in tip top shape. Very kind and professional. They are the best around. read more

It's hard to believe how much Sieler's Water System has improved our very hard water. We no longer have lime, calcium, and rust coating everything and shortening the life of several appliances. Clothes wash cleaner, food cooks better, and shampooing now results in softer hair (no more stiff coarse hair). Wished we'd had the softener installed years ago. Installation was fast and professional (great crew). read more

We needed an updated water softener due to calcium, lime, and rust issues with our original water softener. We made an appointment, and Mr. Sieler, himself, came to our home to give us an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He explained options we could use on our original water softener if we wanted to keep the costs down. He never pushed us to get a new softener, but we asked him about this ourselves. He explained what would work best for us. Due to his information, we decided on a new water softener that would be appropriate for our needs. We set up a date, and the installation was done without any problems. Due to their very professional manner and knowledge, we give them 10 STARS !! But since that is not an option, we give all the stars we can, which is 5. We are very pleased. read more

Having Sieler's come out to my home to look at my water softener was a great experience all around. As a naive, new homeowner, he was very helpful in solving my problem and giving me advice for all things water related. I will definitely be going to them next time I have anything they can help me with . I couldn't recommend them enough! read more

Very pofessional, the fittings on the installation are beautiful. State of the art softener. My only service call was on a Saturday. Les, the owner, came out within an hour and had me back up and running. Highly recommend! read more

They're in Adrian, my house is in Dexter, but I work in Saline. So that I didn't have to wait all day the service technician called me when he was on his way and we worked out meeting at the house. BIG plus to me. We just bought the house a couple months ago but he was familiar with the history of the device from working with it before. He explained how he trouble-shooted the problem (and what I should look for in the future), what the fix was and walked me through the programing of the unit. About a week after the work was done Mrs. Sieler called to ask if I was happy with the service, had questions, etc. Great service from good people. read more

After other companies had told me I needed thousands of dollars invested into a new water softener system I called sielers for a quote. He discovered that one of my valves was switched that shouldn't be. We had been dealing with hard water for months and after his visit we had soft water within hours. Thanks for your knowledge! read more

Top notch service. Mr. Sieler personally came out to our home and explained everything to a "T" with NO pressure to purchase. We went with the reverse osmosis system.....this is absolutely the best quality of water we have ever had. Highly recommend.........if you are wasting money on bottled water and other pitcher filter items, switch now. 5 stars!!! read more

We have really enjoyed using Sieler's Water Systems. They did a major installation in 2015. They were in and out in no time at all. They picked up after themselves and did a great job. I enjoy straight well water for health reasons and accessing it is very easy with this system. The effect that the treated water has on my washer, toilets, sinks and showers has exceeded my expectations. This water system has cut my cleaning in half. I wish we would have done this sooner. This is the second year that we have had salt delivered to our home and they bring it right to the basement and stack it where we want it. read more

MY OPINION THY SHOULD GET 6 STARS 21 yr ago Less sold me a water softener system for my home here in Dexter. A week or so ago we noticed that the water wasn't as soft as it use to be so I called Less and he said that he will send someone out to look at it. I thought it was time for a new one so I told him just to bring out a new one sense it was that old. I was willing to pay $1800.00 or what ever a new one costs. THE STRANGE PART--- service man comes out the next day, looks at my system- takes it apart - dost stuff to it and recycled it. tells me to do it 2 more times and see how the water is. he was here about 45 min. charged me $ 55.00 for service call and left. WHAT THE HECK, IT'S BACK TO NORMAL.. I was willing to spend $1800.00 or so and thy walk (drive ) away with $55.00. WHO DOES STUFF LIKE THAT IN THE TIME WE LIVE IN? MY GOD BLESS YOU FOR BEING SO HONEST and THANK YOU LESS WALT D. read more
