The other company really made me feel like I was a bother to them and they really were not interested and almost trying to blow me off and I should just take their word for everything they say, write a check and be done with it. Why? Because as they told me, they are the "biggest company in the field". Snobby might be a better word. I simply did not like that experience at all. So we decided to have a whole house water softener and Reverse osmosis system installed by Water Boy. In addition we had them install an ozone cold water wash system on our washer. Every part of the experience was fantastic! They totally take the time with you to be certain you get the correct system for your home (and I asked a lot of questions). The entire experience from the very first contact was as friendly and professional as you can get and the installation, sales, and office people were great. This is a family owned business and it is very clear that customer service and going out of their way to make certain customers are satisfied is of their primary concern. And it is very easy to see that they totally enjoy what they do. A whole home system can be a considerable investment and with that in mind, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Water Boy Systems to anyone.

I previously had our water tested by an independent lab and, even though Grant did not know about these lab results, everything he said lined up with the lab results I had. I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. Water Boy feels like a very wholesome and positive family company, which I very much prefer over some faceless corporation with cheesy sales people.

The representative that came out to tell me I had a leak in my water softener was personable so I…read moreagreed I would buy one with their 6 month policy with a 480 dollar installation fee and then 69 dollar a month rental fee with paying it off in 6 months and the installment fee being included in the total price. My problem came after installation. The technician left my old water softener in my basement saying he would come back to get it. He did not. About 2-3 weeks After noticing many water leaks in my plumbing after the installation I called the company to have them remove the old softener while I was cleaning my wet basement. The same technician came back with another technician. They did take out the tank. Removing the salt from it. Left all the metal parts in my basement and to top it off left the top of the old water softener that said Country Water behind my tire where had I not seen could have popped my tire with metal screws pointing up towards my tire. They did not fill my water softener with the salt that was sitting next to it. And I don't know what they did with the salt they took out of the old one. They did not say goodbye are you satisfied? Just left. I then had the original rep come out and compensate me with a 5 gallon water jug. Whole experience made me feel like they don't value long time customers or New customers. Sorry. A 5 gallon water jug doesn't compensate for that treatment after charging a 480 dollar installation fee. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just call, text or voicemail to the number and within the week, sometimes the next day, the water is delivered. It is easy to pay with an emailed invoice. I always tip the driver as they have to climb a flight of stairs to put the jugs into a hallway closet. I have the service at my home, my extended family homes, my office and the offices below and next to me! Thankful for their services!

My softner stopped working last summer, the day before I was to leave for a vacation. The owner came by after hours to make sure that he got it up and running before I left. He brought along a used motherboard for the system just in case that was the problem. It was. He charged me for a regular service call and that was it. Didn't even try to sell me a new system. 2 weeks ago I had a new Osmosis system installed. I had a couple of questions about it, so I gave them a call this past Friday. Instead of trying to answer my questions on the phone, the lady sent out a technician to answer my questions and to double check that everything was in tip top shape. Very kind and professional. Please trust me when I say to stay with the smaller shops who do a good job at a reasonable price, like McIntyre's Soft Water Service or Wolverine Water Treatment. They've both been around for 40 years with the original owners still working there. They will take their time, not be in a hurry, and explain everything to you. Beauchamps installation people are untrustworthy, sloppy, do a poor job, and leave the house a mess. The sale person said they have 'master plumbers'. The installation person laughed when I mentioned that to him. He said he wish he was a master plumber. Beauchamps has to hire pretty much anywho they can get to get the job done as quickly as they can and hope customer standards are low. They will always be rushed, in a hurry, and learning as they go. They have NO pride in their work. For that, your installation will be sloppy and compromised ! Sales talk a good a talk but you don't see the full picture until installation shows up. Then it's too late. Goto any location and see if you like what you see. The people you will have to deal with when something goes wrong. Think about it and don't be in a hurry to buy. It's a big investment. Don't go for the modern store look as it's all show. Go for those that are honest and will be there for you when something goes wrong. Asked him to help me by mailing a statement to me since they don't bill properly. I wanted to keep track of charges myself. This employee, Brendan, hung up on me. He had told me to call back in an hour and talk to some lady. Hey, you call the customer back. Drivers when ill just don't show up with water delivery. It may come a week late. I do have a great water delivery person in Rob, but he can only do so much. My credit card on file renewed expiration date recently. They didn't act on changing the date. They just stopped billing me with card and my bill reached over $100.

Today I talked to a new person, he advised me I should call someone else because Spring Mountain is terrible lol. True story.
