I previously had our water tested by an independent lab and, even though Grant did not know about these lab results, everything he said lined up with the lab results I had. I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. Water Boy feels like a very wholesome and positive family company, which I very much prefer over some faceless corporation with cheesy sales people.

I just call, text or voicemail to the number and within the week, sometimes the next day, the water is delivered. It is easy to pay with an emailed invoice. I always tip the driver as they have to climb a flight of stairs to put the jugs into a hallway closet. Please trust me when I say to stay with the smaller shops who do a good job at a reasonable price, like McIntyre's Soft Water Service or Wolverine Water Treatment. They've both been around for 40 years with the original owners still working there. They will take their time, not be in a hurry, and explain everything to you. Beauchamps installation people are untrustworthy, sloppy, do a poor job, and leave the house a mess. The sale person said they have 'master plumbers'. The installation person laughed when I mentioned that to him. He said he wish he was a master plumber. Beauchamps has to hire pretty much anywho they can get to get the job done as quickly as they can and hope customer standards are low. They will always be rushed, in a hurry, and learning as they go. They have NO pride in their work. For that, your installation will be sloppy and compromised ! Sales talk a good a talk but you don't see the full picture until installation shows up. Then it's too late. Goto any location and see if you like what you see. The people you will have to deal with when something goes wrong. Think about it and don't be in a hurry to buy. It's a big investment. Don't go for the modern store look as it's all show. Go for those that are honest and will be there for you when something goes wrong. I wish more people would see our message.

Asked him to help me by mailing a statement to me since they don't bill properly. I wanted to keep track of charges myself. This employee, Brendan, hung up on me. He had told me to call back in an hour and talk to some lady. Hey, you call the customer back. Drivers when ill just don't show up with water delivery. It may come a week late. I do have a great water delivery person in Rob, but he can only do so much. My credit card on file renewed expiration date recently. They didn't act on changing the date. They just stopped billing me with card and my bill reached over $100.

Now I can't get them to even come out and look at their stuff. Carrie the girl who answers the phone doesn't seem to be any help. they always say John, not sure who that is, isn't in and he will call you back. Weeks of phone calls and no call back. Today I talked to a new person, he advised me I should call someone else because Spring Mountain is terrible lol. True story.
