Decided to cancel...date to pick up was 12/24. Now I know this is Christmas eve so I called to verify. Was told yes, someone will be there to pick up the water dispenser and 5 gallon jugs. Was even promised a call with the time. No call..next thing you know at 3pm there is a voicemail stating they would come 2 days late. I live in an HOA, so you can't just leave this stuff outside for days. It's also the holidays so we are not home to bring it inside. I called and the csr was no help. When you know the company is shitting down at 3pm, why promise a customer you will come to their house? Knowing they live in Ohio?? Buy a cooler from Costco....fill the water jugs yourself for a fraction of the cost. Save the hassle of using a water company that clearly has no clue how to run a business. They do not value you as a customer or your time. No clue what they want me to do with those equipment and apparently they don't know either. ‍‍

I just call, text or voicemail to the number and within the week, sometimes the next day, the water is delivered. It is easy to pay with an emailed invoice. I always tip the driver as they have to climb a flight of stairs to put the jugs into a hallway closet. I have the service at my home, my extended family homes, my office and the offices below and next to me! Thankful for their services!

Directly after properly installing them the system failed. Culligan's only answer was to provide a service call at a cost of $165! Read the reviews. This is common practice for Culligan, once a leader in the water treatment industry. The result; We were allowed to return the filters and were refunded for them. We replaced their RO system with Beauchamp's. The purchase experience was straight forward and entirely comfortable. The installer did an excellent job in all respects. We are perfectly happy with our new Beauchamp's system! Another benefit, their RO system replacement filters are substantially less expensive! Oh! We recently learned that several years ago when our Culligan system was initially installed and connected to our refrigerator's ice maker, the installer used the existing copper line as opposed to replacing it with a new line made of the proper material for RO systems. This negates the benefit of an RO system and is not healthy. So beware!

It's great to come to a health food store that also sells incense , pistachio products, a large variety of dairy-free cheese and so much more! I thought it was cool that they sold bison meat here. I want to make sure that I wasn't at a Jungle Jim's because that's hard to find. The store is a bit pricey but I do believe this has the best selection of food and household goods compare to most health food stores probably within a 50 Mile radius. The staff was very friendly too! I want to give a shout out to a staff member that I saw escorting a elderly man with a cart full of groceries and helping him load his car too! They do have a station to refill water jugs for water dispensers, so this would be perfect for anyone looking for that.
