My 8 yr old air conditioning was not working optimally. Was still working ok. Took weeks to get an appt. Zane checks/cleans whatever this morning. Says $1300+ part needed but not in stock. Meanwhile I am talking to them about upgrading whole system. Zane leaves after I pay. No air conditioning. Dead. Hot night. Tomorrow will be hot. System upgrade on Monday but until then we are cooking. Calls to and from this afternoon. Exhausting. Just wanted better air and now have none. How does someone come to fix and leave it broken? Once again, phenomenal service from Kellermeier. Last year they installed our beautiful gas fireplace and were here to do annual maintenance. While here, we also had our AC serviced and cleaned. The best part of the service was our outstanding technician, Cory. He was professional, thorough, and efficient. Kellermeier is a bit on the expensive side.
