I am happy with the service and would highly recommend using SSPS for your swimming pool services. We called them multiple times when we had questions after we started the chemicals that they gave us just to make sure we're doing everything right and never once I feel like they were aggravated that we're bothering them so much I am so pleased and I won't go anywhere else thank you sunshine pool

We first hired Nick Washburn Lanscaping design and signed contract and during Nicks evaluation of our desperate mess of the pool pavers, pool liner Nick highly recommended Jay, owner of Jay Jay's Pool Service to come out and give us a perspective of what was going to be involved with getting our pool back to what it once was, knowing it was going to be a major project we felt after Metting w/ Jay and Jay explaining all that was going to be involved we knew it was going to be expensive, but also knew we had the best in the pool Business and knew we were not going to be screwed. The entire inground pool had to be complete excavated and all new lines put in new set of steel stairs the highest quality pool liner and a loop lock cover which we decided to upgrade for the extra cost that was involved but was well worth the peace of mind. What one needs to know is when the process begins it looks like a war zone, and what's that saying, it gets worse before it gets better that's true. Westin who is Jays #1 guy is fantastic and we were so pleased to have had him on our major project, Jay was easy to talk to and any issues that may arise was always address and taken care of w/ no problems. very professional and we would highly recommend Jay Jay's Pool Service to anyone who is looking for a professional highly knowledgeable to take care of your needs, you will not regret it. and what may have seemed expensive in the end was really very reasonable when you actually see what's involved as far as labor and materials. in the end could not have asked for a better pool service, Thanks to Nick Washburn for connecting us to Jay we don't know what we would have done. there are so many distrustful services out there but was a relief to know there was at least one that was trustworthy, We cannot thank Jay enough Thank you Joe/ Fred

I called them last year to question them about the closing of the pool, equipment left on the floor, and the patio. When i called them Lady was rud and advised not to blamed them for something they didn't do. I pointed out to her that The shore pool has served my poolmsince i open. 7/2021. Alex was very responsive and clear about the schedule, especially during this time with quarantine and pool season. He was able to fit us in the schedule somehow. Manny (contractor) came to inspect and next week 2 workers came and work all day with removing debris, cutting stones, measuring and keeping the work area clean as promised. Unfortunately the stone to cut was near the skimmer and they took their time to be careful to not damage it. I was very grateful . Next day, we realized we didn't have enough of the tiles to replace. They sat and took off the cement off the old tiles so we can reused them. I am amazed. They made it worked. The last day was mostly cement and grout. The workers were very respectful and worked really hard. And the work was amazing. Next day Manny and Alex came over to clean the pool as promised so we can use it after the cement dries. My only suggestion to Alex to explain to customers that the workers are contracted employees and if they do not show on time or at all, to call Alex right away. And to at least call ahead before showing up. Our experience was great and looking forward to working with them again.

I called USA Pools 09-16-26 and there was a prompt response and site review the next day. Initially things seemed promising, an estimate was promised in a few days and on direct questioning they did say they could take on this project. On Sept 21, a call to check on the estimate yielded a promised reply in 2 -3 days. Another call Sept 25th yielded an estimate at the end of the day for about $14,000. More than I expected but given the scope of the repairs and the lateness of the season I accepted it. Their response was that they maybe able to start cleanup in 2 -3 weeks. I asked for a signable contract with a starting date for the initial cleanup and then the install of new liner once it is available. Also, I asked for their insurance info, Mass Licensing info and if they were bonded. Once it was clear that I required a signed contract before making a deposit, I was given some weak excuses for going with an unsigned estimate instead. They did not to give insurance info or even Mass License info. This in not good business practice and is not what is recommended by the Mass licensing board. Then abruptly I was told they could not help me. So now after wasting 10 days, I am stuck having to start over again to find a new vendor but it is so late in the season that it is doubtful it can be done before winter kicks in. After using this company consistently for 10 years, I'm extremely disappointed with their service…read more In early August, my system developed a severe leak, leaving me unable to run the pump or use the pool. After several unanswered emails, their phone message stated they were no longer taking service calls for the season--but I could still schedule my pool closing. Who does that? A service company should be there when you actually need them. After 10 years as a loyal customer, I expected at least a response. Very poor customer service and poor business practice.
