Friends recommended this location so I drove many miles out of my way. So disappointed - I paid for the Ultimate and received just a run-through car wash. I pointed out to the employee that my seats hadn't even been vacuumed much less wiped - the guy just sprayed some stuff and quickly wiped. No fragrance either. We brought two vehicles in to be washed and waxed. They were supposed to tell us when it was ready. Never did. The second vehicle didn't get waxed even though it was paid for. Manager made us wait while they waxed it. Four hours to get crap service. While we were there we watched another man complain that the car wash was only soaping half his truck. Watched the next vehicle go through and he was right. Bad experience and the manager did nothing to make it right. Had been using them for 8 years but no more! read more

My first visit to Aqua was amazing! I've been going to Rainbow car wash for years and they just never do a good job so someone recommended Aqua and I am soo happy I brought my car here. It's so clean and everyone there is so nice and friendly! The only thing I had a problem with is that I asked for lemon scent and it doesn't smell of lemon at all.. other than that, 5 stars!! Update... I am changing my rating of 5 stars to 3 stars for how pathetic my service was yesterday. I was charged $65.99 for the synthetic oil change (I was aware and totally okay with this), but then I was charged $20 extra for "fee's". It should not cost $91 ($5.36 in tax for anyone who is doing the math) for an oil change. I sat in the waiting room and watched the woman "finishing up" my car wipe the same window for like 10 minutes. Then when i was told that my vehicle was ready the lady tried to accuse me of stealing it despite me trying to hand her the receipt. I understand that being cautious with people just walking out and "claiming" a car, but I just don't appreciate being treated like a criminal and being accused of trying steal my own Jeep. The location is convenient and the service is fast. The work they did was ok, but nothing more. My car was clean, but not spotless clean. If it was a discount car wash, I'd get it, but the prices are actually a lot higher than a lot of other nearby car washes. I was supposed to get the entire inside of my car vacuumed, dusted, and a scent. All I got was the vacuum, they didn't dust the dash, and no scent as requested. If you're in a pinch, this place is ok, but if you have time, do a little homework and find somewhere better for the value and/or quality. I know I will next time. read more

Well I have been an oil change customer for 7 years at least bringing all 4 of my cars here. No more!! The lube manager Jeffery Has now implemented excessive charges, nickel and dime fees til I have had enough. 5 months ago Aqua changed the oil with synthetic for $80.65 with a "free car wash." This time it was $96.65. The oil canister (filter) is no longer part of the "package" deal and costs an extra $9.99. There was a new $5.00 fee to remove the plastic skid plate. Looked at their website and thought I would try them. Had the $39 full package and was not thrilled. The outside was ok, left dirt on the tire rims and trunk latch, windows were good. The interior was hit or miss, you could see where they wiped and where they hadn't. I ended up going home and redoing the interior myself and the tire rims. Not likely to be returming. They seem to care more about volume and turn over then doing a good job. And $39 was overpayment for the results. read more

My wife brought her car into the Aqua Car wash for a detail, wax job & car cleaning. After $325 we did have our pockets cleaned. The car wax & detail was not worth $325. We will never go back. Our Ford dealership costs $110. The Toyota dealership costs $130. If you go to have your car cleaned you will also have your pockets cleaned. Do not go to this business. read more

Let me start by saying that I understand others had bad experiences. And I certainly don't want to discount what they had to say. However, I tried their services today for the first time and was blown away! The service provided by the car wash was extraordinary. The people there were very kind and explained everything they were doing for the price I paid. I love how automated everything was. The inside of the business was clean and offered nice amenities. I got an additional $5 off just by checking in on Yelp. Not to mention, I joined their club and got additional $3 off. In addition to joining the club and getting $3 off you'll get a free car wash every 10 carwashes. I think that's a great idea! I watched the vehicle go through the cleaning lane and came out the other side clean as a whistle!! Then the technician pulled my car out, dried it off and did the wheels. The car looks like brand-new if not better!! Just for clarity I did purchase the "aqua supreme package" for $29.99. But with the aforementioned discounts it ended up being $21.99. If I wasn't already getting an amazing discount every time I went to Rainbow carwash, I would bring my wife's vehicle here too!! That being said I'm officially a fan and I'll be back!!! read more

This is only for the Carwash. The Oil change guys do a great job and are very fast. I normally get the standard free car wash that comes with an oil change but today I upgraded to the supreme wash. When I got back to my truck there was still dirt and road gunk all near the wheel wells and doors. I had to call the people back over to clean the doors and I wound up asking for the rag and cleaning some of it myself. My seats still had dirt and junk in the corners where they didn't vacuum very well and the armor all was streaked everywhere, not a smooth finish, and was very very greasy. When I drove off my hands were literally shiny from touching the steering wheel. And they sprayed some sort of cologne air freshener that is horrible and so very strong... They didn't ask me what scent I wanted but whatever this is is terrible. I've been driving with the windows down all day. I had to clean the rest of the bug residue off of my hood and get all the dust and dirt off my dash and the plastic in my car myself. The free Carwash is great. Paying extra money is a waste of time because I spent 20 minutes myself cleaning up after their "cleaning". read more

Incredibly rude! Poor service and no attention to detail. Went in for an oil change with the coupon from their website - which they refused to accept. They said it had to be printed. I had the PDF on my IPad, that was not acceptable! Manager yelled and flat refused to accept their coupon. Hen I pointed out and showed him that neither their website or the coupon indicated that it had to be printed to be acceptable, he just became more agitated. Our Suburban was in desperate need of a deep cleaning and the gang at Aqua Wash did a fantastic job!!!! Everyone was great from the manager on down. Our suburban was filthy from transporting kids to baseball games and practices and had not been waxed in ages. The interior was amazing when they were done-never thought they could get it so clean!!! We got the full package and our black suburban is 4.5 years old and they did such a good job that the exterior looks brand new. They did not miss a spot and exceeded our expectations!!!! Picky would be an understatement and it took us awhile to decide where to go as we had had poor service in The Woodlands previously. We will be back!!! My husband and I took two of our vehicles here on Sunday, I had the most expensive cleaning done on one and the second most expensive done on the other. I was extremely displeased with not only the unprofessional customer service, but also with the horrible job done on the inside of my car. There was some thug guy where you check in that told me that if I didn't get the most expensive wash he wouldn't get the mud off my car (mind you, I have a brand new car that was driven down a dirt road ONCE!!!... NOT alot of mud) Then, It wasn't even wiped down on my doors or center console. Ashes were still all over my dashboard, and drink splatter was still by my stereo. I had them go back over it, and still wasn't pleased. Needless to say I won't be back. Horrible from the time I got there. read more

I do not like being treated like it was my fault my truck was dirty - Duh, that's why i go to the car wash. All in all worst experience, however, I did go to Car Wash Time on Woodlands Parkway and they totally cleaned up this mess.. Nicest people and the pricing was significantly lower. Awful. Sure, the inside is nice and you can get popcorn if you want, but I paid $30 for a hand wash. A hand wash that they paid no attention to detail to. The Windows and side view mirrors were still dirty when I drove off, there were streaks that almost looked like scratches on my windshield, and they left 2 nice big scuff marks on my hood. First time to this location. Attendant argued with me about pricing and told me I couldn't find any place cheaper anywhere for the level of service they provide. His exact words were, "take it or leave it". My car needed to be vacuumed again (they missed the trunk, etc.), spots on exterior of car were missed and didn't provide car scent that I paid for. I was very disappointed with my most recent visit today. The car wash was already 29 .99 and then wanted to charge an additional $10 because there was some mud on the truck running boards. The mud was not bad. We have a VIP membership there for years and this never happened. After questioning this the lady said run it thru and if all mud doesn't come off it that is our problem. We turned around and left. We have several vehicles, and after that experience we will not be back. It cost them more than $10 . It cost them all my future business. Before a road trip with the family, I took my highlander over for an oil change and a car wash. Of course, like any oil change place, they check your filters and recommend replacing them. How many things can go wrong on 1 visit. First, when I returned home I started having an oil leak. It was coming from the oil drain plug they put in. It wasn't the original plug. Second, they didn't replace all the screws from checking my engine air filter. There are only two and they only put one back. Third, they didn't put the cabin air filter back in properly. When I put the AC fan on high it started a thumping sound that I didn't have prior to going there. Fourth, I had to rewash my windows and upon doing so, the towels I used were nearly black. It had only been two hours after they "washed" my vehicle. Will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. read more

First off, if you care about your car don't use a drive thru wash. Use a hand car wash. This was for my work car so it was ok. I pulled up. It wasn't busy at all. About 10 workers that were doing absolutely nothing stared at me and didn't say anything. Finally someone comes up and I say I've never been here before, I just want an exterior wash. He points me to the self service automated machine. The cheapest exterior wash is 10 dollars. No problem. I drive thru the wash. Again no one says anything to me. I pull up next to the workers drying the cars. I sit there for another 10 min while more workers just look at me and say nothing. Finally, someone says oh we don't dry your car if you get only an exterior wash. Are you kidding me?! I'm sorry but maybe I'm a car wash snob but any legit car wash dries your car even if you just get an exterior wash....Mr. Car Wash, Bubbles, Car Spa...should I keep going? And for less then $10. I would have been better off just getting the car wash at the gas station. read more

I simply told him it was confusing having 2 lines for Express Wash, one with an arm an one without. He said, "I think that would be called a Regular Car Wash." I stopped in on the way back from a work road trip earlier this week. I had to drive a customer the next day, so, SUV needed to be cleaned. In fairness, it was about 10 minutes before they closed, but they agreed to do a wash - $29, or so. The product was disgraceful. Bird droppings not completely cleaned from hood, minimal attention to detail inside. I'm not a car guy and not particularly picky, but it was very, very poor. I was in a rush to get home, so I didn't give it a good inspection. My bad. However, recommend that you avoid this place -- if you dont, at least check your car over closely when it's returned. read more

I got the "Aqua Ultimate" car wash which is listed as $39.99 but was charged $49.99 because of the "extra elbow grease" needed for a little bit of dog hair in the backseat. As soon as I got to where I was going next, I realized I had small circular chips completely covering the front of my car where you could easily see some type of brush or chemical removed my paint. There was not even one chip on the hood before I went there. I called, no answer, never a call back. I went back to the store and "Charlie" told he that I was lying and must have drove over some rocks at some point during the time period that I have owned my car. He proceeded to talk to me very rudely and refused to tell me how I could get ahold of a manger and ended saying "okay whatever I can't help you sorry you chipped your own paint" and signaled me to drive away. read more

After many years getting cars washed here I am done with Aqua. Todays wash was a disaster and the glass was worse after than before on my new Audi. He used a wet rag to clean the inside glass and I had to clean it myself at home. Plus their prices have gone way up to 19.00 for a basic wash and their work is not near up to par. Another issue is if you use their so called express wash you have to do all the work in paying for it and then driving your car thru the wash instead of them doing it. After your car comes out they do NOT dry the car with towels, they just waive you good bye. Its good bye to Aqua for me and will stick to the wash at Rayford and 45. read more

Y'all... My car looks brand new. Spotless! So long story short my friend had a little too much fun last night and I needed my car cleaned ASAP. Every other car wash in the Magnolia-Woodlands area says they're open today but guess what? They aren't! I went to three different locations and called multiple others and they were either closed or didn't do what I needed. Finally I called here and the girl said they just needed my car about two-three hours before close depending on how much I needed done. Luckily I was around the corner and it was I think 1 or 2 by then. When I got there I said it's in their hands and to do what they needed to. After reading the reviews on Yelp I was honestly really worried to get my car seeing as how I (my friend who's paying for his mess) dropped $150 here. When I got in my car I was shocked! My baby looks gooooood! Everything is shiny and vacuumed and clean. I'm worried about slipping out of my seat hahahaha. I am so incredibly happy with how my car looks! Worst experience ever! Don't go here. They don't know what they're doing! They screwed up a simple oil change by overfilling the engine oil and now I need a $1600 repair. When I initially brought it back to them they drained some of the engine oil and their attitude was "if you still have a problem I'll give you your money back and you can go somewhere else". Well not only have they not given me my money back for the oil change but they are also refusing to pay for any of the damage despite admitting their wrongdoing. This used to be a great place to get your oil change/car wash done. I say used to because, now they have all of a sudden decided that if you bring your own oil (they don't have Royal Purple) then you don't get the free car wash with an oil change. The coupon they have out state free car wash with oil change, nothing about "If you use our oil". When I asked to talk to the manager, I was told that "for this time only, I'll give you the car wash". On top of that, the detail on the wash/dry/ armour all job is TERRIBLE. Truck wasn't clean and I had to point it out to the person assigned to my vehicle. Also, the kid at the wash station (where you get the ticket) was the rudest person I have ever run into for a customer oriented business.
