Horrible customer service! They won't warranty their work and demand you drive back to the original shop which is over 300 miles away. Placed 9 phone calls to customer service only to be transferred to the franchise and be dumped into a survey line. Nobody answers the phone at the Conroe and 242 location. Such a horrible experience. I showed up, waited 10-15 minutes to even be ACKNOWLEDGED, and waited another 10-15 minutes for just an inspection. Another woman pulled up next to me, and was greeted immediately. Make it make sense. Went to Jiffy Lube and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. To be fair, all 3 bays were occupied by vehicles. HOWEVER, it does not justify the fact that it took way too long to even acknowledge my presence. Do better, or get some help. read more

Got my oil changed here Saturday. They also replaced my air filter and cabin filter. My check engine indicator came on the minute I drove off the lot. Took it back only to be told it was a coincidence. He looked under the hood and said the air filter was installed correctly. Came to get my oil changed and I was directed into a line in which a car was being serviced in front of me. There were a total of three lines running, servicing cars. I sat and watched 4 other cars who arrived after me come and go, services completed, as I sat waiting on my car to be serviced. I have a 2019 scat pack charger. I brought my own oil and filter here a few weeks ago. As usual they changed the oil, oil filter, and emptied my oil catch can. My car threw a P0507 CEL today so I popped the hood and the bottom part of the catch can that screws on was gone. They didn't tighten the catch can so it ended up coming off. So now I have to buy a new catch can that's $100. Do not come here. read more

Avoid getting scammed, after they approach you to ask what service your getting, they don't inform you right away they don't have the economy oil (cheapest available) and after you wait in line with 109 degree weather cuz it's summer and it's your turn they tell you only the expensive ones are available. I go here for an oil change often. I would say about 70% of the time they are wonderful. The other 30% they claim to not sell conventional oil at all. When I have gotten it in the past. My daughter had her oil changed in September by this place. She noticed this week what we thought was an oil leak. When we went to dealership found they had put a defective oil filter in her car costing me 200 dollars to clean up the mess. When tried to speak with Take 5 about the defective oil filter they put in my daughters car they refused to take any responsibility stating it was all my daughters fault for not returning within 30 days. They are putting defective parts in cars and taking no responsibility for their actions. Please beware of this company. I recently left a 1 star review due to poor customer service. They sent me a survey through my email. I filled it out, received a phone call from the manager of this location the very next day. She called to tell me how she didn't understand how I could leave such a bad review since she saw me laughing in my car on the cameras. And that she witnessed me having a good time. I then had to ask if she happened to witness her employee asking me if I wanted to donate to Children's Miracle Network. And then hearing her employee say "Fuck the children, I guess!" After I declined. She then hung up on me. The service at this location just gets trashier and trashier. Avoid this place at all cost.
