Jeremy took care of our vehicle and we were pleasantly surprised by his attention to detail. He took care of every nook and cranny. These people scratched the hell out of my $60k car. We even found metal scraps in the curtains. The manager came out and shook his head saying no they didn't do that even after he saw the evidence that was clear. His employees even agreed that it was caused by a dirty curtain. Worst car wash I have paid for. $6 at a do-it-yourself would have been the same result. Back window wasn't done until I asked, then he only did half. The rags they use to dry the car left lint all over the car with the big guts. Needed my car washed because I was trading it in that day. It was nasty I put my make up on in the car so the dash sparkled as my husband would say and the cup holders had dirt and something sticky. The exterior door handles had thousands of little scratches from my nails that I was sure would lower the value of the trade. I dropped it off @ Aqua thinking I was going to spend north of $100 to get the interior detailed. But to my surprise for $69.99 they washed & waxed the outside and detailed the inside. When it was assessed by the dealership they told me I must have really loved that car because it looked like I took great care of it. They did an incredible job & extremely professional. Basically took my car inside back to brand new vs 5 years old. The communication was outstanding & they even arrived early plus worked very efficient. We had to cancel a couples times because of crazy rain & that was smoothly done. I come here all the time. They do a good job, better than most other places I've tried. There are times you may need to ask them to fix something here or there, like a missed spot, but overall they are pretty thorough. My daughters brought their 2 cars here over the thanksgiving break for an oil change. They were both told their cars had the wrong oil in them. They were sold engine flush which cost a bunch of extra money. Both are college students and didn't know better. I have been told by other mechanics this was unnecessary. Both drive new cars. Don't let your daughters come here alone. I have been using them for years and now I have second thoughts. What makes it worse even if wrong oil their last oil changes were done here! Rename this to trash Trash Wash or shut the place down. I went a few time back in high school and it was garbage then too. I decided to give it a try after 7 years and turns out it is still the worst car wash in The Woodlands. Half the equipment and sprayers in the tunnel don't even work so the car remains dirty after the wash. I paid for the detail so the took it my car off to the side and spent a solid 45 minutes on it so I thought it would be decently clean. Boy was I wrong. The outside still had bug spots on the front and water marks all over the car. The inside was spotty. You can visibly see where they cleaned and were they didn't. Asked the manger to take a look and see if they could at least clean the bug guts but he chuckled and walked away. This place needs to just be shut down instead of them just taking peoples money for trash services. read more

I pull in there were maybe 10 to 15 cars in their lot being worked on, I pay for the hand wax , and interior clean, I leave for an 1hr and 30mins for lunch, come back and they had not even touched my car!!!!! And the manager who obviously does not even know how to manage is clueless !!!! ****Wranglers Beware**** Went through the self service line today and an attendant with the custom care line told me the "brushes didn't like the shape of the Wrangler". I was told that I had to go through her and not use the self service line to have the Jeep pressure washed first or it wouldn't be clean. I decided to continue with self service and avoid the additional fees and time with the custom care. The attendant then walked to the car wash entrance person and said a few words. The entrance person then put the sprayer up after I watched him spray the grille of all the other vehicles entering the wash. He then pushed a few buttons on the keypad and I got the worse car wash I've ever received at any car wash. I've been to this car wash multiple times a month for the past 2 years. Never had any issues or this bad of a wash or service. I can't say if it was the brushes or the attendant, but apparently Wranglers aren't welcome. read more

Unfortunately we have not had good customer service experience here....I have an Acura MDX....I had it washed and they scraped paint off of the side of the vehicle....I went back and was met in the parking lot by the manager....who immediately said that he was sure the mark was not there when I arrived but it looked like someone had touched up a place on the body and he would not be responsible for it....I explained that I have been through other car washes and never had chipped paint before....only at aqua...he refused to do anything...even though he admitted that the damage came from his carwash....not so much as an apology for the damage....I will never be back....we have 5 vehicles in our household and none of them will ever be back due to the disrespect....now I have to make arrangements to get my paint fixed.....all this would have been avoided if the manager had shown any compassion for the situation. read more

They do an amazing job!!! They work fast, and even if they're super busy they make sure to have you out has soon has possible & they make sure that you're satisfied with the job. Worst service ever!!! I called to see if they could do a full detail on my car. The manager tells me yes just have it here before 3:00. We showed up at 2:30 and all of a sudden he doesn't remember the phone call with me and says he can't do it. We remind him he told us to come or we wouldn't have driven there. He acts like it's all our fault and a huge deal to do our car so we decided to go else where. So glad I did. Seemed nice but I was disappointed to find the attendant left an open styrofoam cup of red juice in my cup holder that he had apparently been drinking as he cleaned the light tan interior of my car..... I used to love this place, I have come every month for the last three months and purchased the aqua express. Not once has the guy receiving the cars ever looked inside my vehicles. I always purchase the supreme package which is $39.99 and they clean everything. My seats included, how do I know this? Because, I have small children and you can tell the leather seats are dirty. I have also calmly waited for 2 hours before as they have have cleaned the seats. Today I came and the gentleman told me we can't clean your seats, it's "never" been included in the supreme package, it's going to be an extra $25! What?!? Unfortunately, I'm on a time crunch and am picking up friends from the airport soon, so instead of the normal $39.99, I am now paying $64.99. I am extremely annoyed and upset as I did not intend on spending that much, just to get the same car cleaning I always get. The outside looked great but the inside was terrible. I still had crumbs & dog hair all over the backseat. The armor all job was spotty and it wasn't even busy at all. Just left on a Sunday at 3:30 pm. Went to get two vehicles cleaned, one with a hand wash. Was informed that they were not accepting any more hand washes. Worse customer service ever! I do not make it a habit to post negative comments about anyone or any business, but I feel compelled to alert others to my unexpectedly negative experience at Aqua Car Wash recently. It began when I purchased a hand wash for my new truck, as I was advised by an employee that it would not fit inside the wash due to the size of the tires. The price for the hand wash was $39, versus prices ranging from about $13-20 for the machine washes. I was also told that they offer 72-hour 'protection' from rain - in effect, if it rains within 72 hours of the wash purchase and the car is returned to Aqua, it will be rewashed for free. Despite the $39 price tag, my truck was new; it needed a wash, and I was not prepared to look for a better deal at the time. So, I paid the $39 and had my truck washed. Two days later, unfortunately, it rained. I returned to Aqua Car Wash to ask for another wash and was informed by Emelio (allegedly the manager) that the 72-hour 'protection' did not apply to hand washes - only machine washes. When I explained that I had been told of the policy just two days earlier, Emelio said: "I do not believe you were told that." Does that even make sense? Why should a 72-hour guarantee only apply to customers purchasing the machine wash? Should customers spending 2-3 times as much be left out in the cold? Should the manager of a business ever call a customer's ethics into question in such an instance? What would happen if one were to bring a vehicle to Aqua for a wash, and the vehicle was to sustain damage while on the premises - would Aqua management also call that customer a liar? Needless to say, I left and have vowed never to return to Aqua Car Wash. Since the time of the incident, however, I have found a number of better deals in the area for both machine washes and hand washes. I recommend that readers visit Car Wash Time, as they offer a much wider range of services, as well lower prices and much friendlier personnel. read more

I went here to get my interior done. I have two kids with cloth interior and it was in need. I spent 150 for a basic car wash with shampooing the interior. They were able to get out most stains and it took around an hour and a half. Only reason I took one star off was when I pulled in over three hours before closing and was made to feel like my car was too dirty to finish prior to closing....they finished in plenty in plenty of time! read more

Great job! I waited a bit, but selected a mid range carwash with interior vaccum and wipe down. They have a wide selection of scents to infuse in your car- i selected new car. They take your mats out and stick them in these vaccum machines, drive your car into a machine car wash- with a foam wax- then about 15- 20 minutes while someone shined up the tires and interior with great detail. I got cash out at register and tipped the last guy, as he worked his butt off. read more

Very disappointing.....Always go to this car wash because it is super convenient. Went there today and we pulled into a vacuum lane that had no one working, but the guy that prints out the receipts, didn't tell us. After sitting there for 10 mins, I realized that no one was working on our lane and asked the guy what was going on. He told me to just move to another one. Cars had already lined up and this would add another 20-30 mins on the process. I handed him the receipts and told him to forget the wash and he said, "Fine with me...." The guys name is Edward. So let me say that I have been coming here for 5 years. Well they did a remodel a couple years ago and that was great! HERE IS WHERE YOU NEED TO READ..... IN THE LAST YEAR IT HAS BE HORRIBLE!!! So 2 out of the last 3 times I have gone no soap on the car! Go figure. Here is the deal you HAVE to watch your car go through the line. Today was busy and I watched 10 cars go through with no soap, white or tri colored. I told the girl at the register and she radioed someone. Well another 5 cars went through, no soap, and mine was coming. Well needless to say mine plus another 7 cars went though with no soap then they finally stopped it. The girl at counter was no help with an resolution to my car not getting soap. So after that my interior was not cleaned either, dash not wiped down and still dirt on the outside of the car, bought a Deluxe package in case you wanted to know. Just frustrating to pay $26 and really just get a vacuum. I have had great experiences so the 5 stars are warranted, sometimes, just watch to make sure you are getting what you pay for. read more

I brought my minivan into Aqua Car Wash for a full cleaning inside and out. They charged me $160 and had my van for 4 hours. So I expected the van to be very clean. It was not. poor vacuuming job, still fish crackers and crap kids leave on the floor, spots on the seats still there, spots on the ceiling still there, spots on the carpet still there. It was still so bad, I left Auqa and went to Walmart and bought a can of fabric cleaner, went home and pulled out my carpet cleaning machine, a bottle of 409 and some rags. The cup holders were still very dirty which I cleaned, the spots on the ceiling came out with little trouble, some of the the stains on the carpet are still visible but many stains came out and the ones that remained are less visible. I will not ever be going back. Very disappointed. read more
