I discovered this store through an Ebay listing last month because I was looking for a DSLR I…read moreneeded for my photography class at the university, and I wanted to get one that wouldn't break me. (As a college student, you can imagine my budget isn't exactly sky high...) I needed to get the camera sent to me quickly, so I called to ask if they could ship it sooner than they advertised on said Ebay listing. They had sold that one already... But the guy I talked to, (I really wish I could remember his name. He was super helpful and easygoing,) said he had another one just like it, and in better shape! Not only that, but he would send it to me -- along with all the other equipment I needed as per the syllabus -- for just over 900 bucks! I had budgeted no more than 1000 dollars for the camera alone, so this was a sweet deal indeed. Fast forward almost halfway into the term: my camera works as expected, and I'm getting good grades on my assignments. If it weren't for these guys, I probably wouldn't have found the camera I needed in time without going over budget. Thanks, Photo Center. Y'all are the best!

After ONE WEEK, he shared scans that literally looked like my kid figured out the scanner for the first time. So I called in and asked for them to be printed. He said "well these are half frames and I let it slide". I do not work here. You didn't break down pricing. You asked why I was there. I said to drop off film. He charged me. ???? You could have called me and charged extra if YOU realized YOU made a mistake. After this, I asked for them to be printed & he said well you have to place a deposit. Is he out of his bird? Please look at the photos. I don't care about the film in itself. You see scan lines, the scanner bed. It would genuinely look better if I took a photo of the picture itself from my phone. I'm cracking up that he wouldn't immediately offer anything. Even one roll for free out of the two dropped off, maybe even a discount charge of the amount spent on the scans, NOT A THING. Dooooo not support this business by any means! On top of that, he blamed the camera. Sorry. Again, I know my camera and I know the quality . The same cameras he's boasting in front of his literal store but did I say take better photos for me??? I'm saying you're denying your reflections in scans? The poor digital quality, the SCANNER BED and all? I'm so disgusted. Everything in Jersey city is a scam. If you actually want to try and see the difference in quality and seasoned pros in development, who won't blame a camera for their laziness -- please try NICE FILM CLUB just ONE time and I promise you won't be back here in your lifetime.
