I came in for $13.99 passport photos. They did an excellent job (since my ones from the post office were rejected). And what an awesome store! Frames and cards galore. There are a lot of nice gift options, as well. Some cards and printed napkins were particularly amusing. They offer a lot of handy printing services, as well. Very warm and helpful. Went to get our photos for Croatian passport...we were explicit there could not be any shadow in the photo. Unfortunately they do not have the equipment to take the correct photo. We were out $$$ and it was a waste of time. I do not recommend. Nice people though. read more

Older man who works here (owner perhaps) needs to work on his customer service skills. When you have trouble finding a photo order after the customer name & order number is given multiple times, you should be more apologetic instead of giving a paying customer a hard time. No need for this process to take more than a minute. Perhaps you need to LISTEN & BELIEVE what your customer is saying so that you can locate the orders in a timely fashion without being rude to said customer. We will not be back to the store. read more

Had 8mm film reels converted to digital (thumb drive). $400 bucks later, an undisclosed music soundtrack loop was added. All reels were spliced together making one continuous video rather than creating separate files, which also was not explained. Owner tells me Legacy Box and others do the same splice, which is untrue. Legacy Box also fixes and copies broken film, which is not offered by Home Fair. The owner arrogantly says he's been in business 30 years and has never had a complaint. No options. Awful service. Wasted $400. No apology, just self serving outrage. Buyer beware. read more

I'm always so pleased when I come to Home Fair Camera. This year, they helped me to create the most beautiful Christmas card we have ever done! Our children are adults now, so it's difficult to get a family picture with all of us together. Plus, some live abroad. So, Ann suggested to do a mosaic and keep it as a photo instead of printing it in the card. That way it is shining! They provided the little stickers to put at the back and . . . VOILÀ! We received SO many compliments. Even some people, who never write Christmas cards, wrote one and commented on the beautiful photo. My husband is very, very happy! For us, it is meaningful to do those cards because we lived in different countries where we have dear friends!
