From what I could gather, Backstreet provides several services relating to art prints; additionally, they also work with an external company to provide VHS to DVD conversion services. My initial visit was pretty standard - I chose my frame and the process was summarized to me. I was initially told there would be a 2-week turnaround time and that I would receive a call once the job was finished. To be transparent, it was a rocky road between dropping off my print and picking it up; I did not receive it until about 1.5 months later. However, Eileen was very transparent with the progress and performed a great service recovery. Overall, I wouldn't say this was the smoothest transaction, but Backstreet ultimately delivered and provided good customer service.

I started to imagine where each item could live in my home. The aesthetic was not put together by an amateur. There were about 5 or so customers lined up before me, but my intuition told me to wait. As I excitedly browsed around the shop, I observed the woman in charge behind the counter; she was engaging, knowledgeable and a *great* listener to each person whom I overheard her interact with. With just a few questions for the clients, she quickly grabbed a handful of frames and started piecing things together to see if her suggestions were the clients vision in which they expressed--it was pure magic!
