Unbelievable.. I ordered parts and paid for 2nd day air. They failed to ship them out. When I reached out to customer service they told me that I could cancel the order and then re-order and pay for overnight shipping.. That's the worst resolution ever. They should have A: refunded me for the 2nd day air I paid for. or B: paid for the difference to now ship it overnight to get the order here in time. It was no way my fault that they dropped the ball and didn't ship on the date they it said they would. (And no, didn't order at the end of the day..) It's mind blowing to think that they feel it's okay to ask the customer to pay for their error, is simply the worst customer service I have heard of. Anyone that has ever worked in a shipping department knows that you always get the 1&2 day air orders out first, and then work on ground orders. I have been here several times and this is the only place I would take my Audi to be tuned...ever! I have known this company since it's infancy in Auburn. In fact, I remember seeing the owner's A4 shooting around town and wondering about his car many years ago. They have grown tremendously since then and have a wonderful reputation as a tuner and developer. Everyone on staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I have called on several occasions and they always have the answers. The facilities are state of the art with the latest and greatest equipment, software, and staff. The annual BBQ's are a must attend...they have a raffle where they give away a 5K Stage III Turbo kit every year, recap the race teams year, display the cars and new products, provide BBQ and tours of the facility. Well APR does a a wonderful reputation I have to say that as a consumer you should use caution when accessing their dealer list. I used there dealer list to to order $4K of their product from one of their dealers. After three months of waiting it came out that they had put this dealer on credit hold prior to my order. APR has told me that my transaction was between myself and their dealer and that they would not get involved. It is my feeling that if you have authorized dealers and you place them on credit hold then you should be compelled to remove them from your dealer list. This would protect the consumer from ordering product that could not be shipped. APR has since removed this dealer from their site and I have not received my parts or a refund. It makes me sad that a company like APR would just leave a customer high and dry. read more

APR DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS Had an APR chip in my Audi for about 4 years. Started having intermittent engine shutoff problems and finally the car just wouldn't start. Took it to a mechanic who in the end found that the ecu was bad. Sent the ecu to APR to check if their chip failed causing the ecu to go bad. It indeed was their chip that went bad but they wouldn't reimburse me for my mechanics fee. Told me I should've called them right away when I was having problems with my car... read more

APR doesn't stand behind their work. I had them put a down pipe and intake on my car and it began to rattle horribly after a couple months. It only took a little adjustment but it cost me around $70 to fix. APR told me to F off basically. Keith is also a liar so if you get lucky enough to work with him, watch yourself. read more
