The employees were all wearing face coverings correctly. Other customers? Hit or miss. There were also barriers at the registers. I did notice that there were several women employees working. This is great if you don't identify as a man and find auto parts stores to sometimes be intimidating or unwelcoming. But one guy who was there was helpful and quickly pointed out where something was when I asked where I could find it. I don't know for certain, but due to the existence of an O'Reilly Auto Parts store right next door, I'd assume prices are rather competitive.

I had heard from others that these guys were a great shop so I thought I would give them a try…read more Needed to drain and refill the transmission fluid on my truck as scheduled maintenance. It's an easy job, as long as you have a lift to easily get to the transmission pan underneath. Once there the guy tells me he doesn't know how do it, and I should go to a specialty shop to have it done. Ok, if you can't drain and refill ATF on a Chevy truck transmission (4L60E, literally the most popular transmission in GM history) you don't need to be advertising yourself as a mechanic shop. Maybe this guy is great at whatever he actually does know about working on automobiles, but you might want to call ahead and find out.
