They arrived within 10 to 15 minutes in a well equipped tow truck. Robert took the time to look under the hood to see if there were any obvious issues before loading my car. He then carefully loaded Grace and kindly allowed me to ride in the cab, which meant I did not have to make other arrangements late at night. I was incredibly grateful for that. I was a little nervous about a two hour ride with someone I had just met minutes earlier, but it turned out to be completely comfortable. Robert was a perfect gentleman.
