If you are not equipped to fix a problem on a car it's not right to put parts on it that is not needed to just make money. Never go to a place that changes oil to fix a problem. While the staff seemed kind on the surface, their actions didn't align--they never followed through and ultimately refused to even email my warranty company, asking me to do it instead. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. If you're a young Black woman or just someone seeking honest and timely service, I would not recommend coming here. This could have all been communicated clearly from the beginning, but instead I was strung along, ignored, and ultimately left feeling like my warranty coverage was being dismissed. I truly hope Transtar reevaluates their partnership with this shop. Total waste of time.
