Not sure that's the real reason, but that's what they said. Offered to pay 1/2 up front, Refused. Brought my car in about 10am and got a written estimate. When I came back around 1pm, they had changed their mind. Not even a courtesy call before I drove in from Talbotton. That's my experience, hope yours is better.

When I picked up my car the driver side headlight was very cloudy compared to the new headlight which is understandable because of the age of the car. The problem that I have is Joe Hudson made no attempt to clean the undamaged headlight to better match the new headlight. They have the ability to clean it. They had the front end apart and had easy access to clean the headlight. I told the manager I wasn't happy and he just made excuses that it couldn't be cleaned and even if they cleaned it, it would'n last 3 months. He also stated the insurance company doesn't allow them to do that. He made absolutely no attempt to make me happy.
