First I had to think very long and hard before doing a negative review. I gave Columbus Body Work six or seven times to correct their actions and it got worse every time they drop my vehicle off or picked it up. After the second pick up, they started to offer me a tank of gas which did not compensate for the damage they did it to a brand new car by them. While visiting my son in Atlanta they had a very bad hailstorm. When I contacted my insurance company, they provide me with a list of companies that they recommend so I called Columbus Body Work and scheduled an appointment to drop my vehicle off. The damage was to the exterior of the car perfect condition on the inside. after nearly a month, they said my car was ready for pick up. I didn't think to look in the trunk, but when I got home, I looked in the trunk and it was full of glass From Weather back window was broken because they had to install a new roof. At some point, my backseat was removed and two of my seatbelt clicks were down in the seat, so you couldn't fasten the seatbelts in the back seat. This time when they return it, I noticed my carpet was cut near the backseat. They had thrown a blanket over it hoping I wouldn't notice back to the shop again they tracked the glue and spray paint the carpet cut it was unacceptable. Next visit my door panels and my seats are damaged and filthy. They keep it for two more days to try and fix my door panels. At one of these points, I get a call from Nissan saying my car was at their shop. They had to tow it in because it wouldn't crank Columbus Body Work never conveyed this with me. It wouldn't not crank because they had removed the front windshield and the cameras were not calibrated, at some point I was like a person could not even make this up for a car to have to go back-and-forth to a shop five or six times any custom steel is not happy . After the third visit, the guy who was assigned to my vehicle would not even take calls. He would just have his do guy come pick my vehicle up or drop it off at my home. my Marano has the platinum package and only had around 15,000 miles or less when this occurred if pictures are worth 1000 words I have pictures to prove what I'm saying is true take a look! read more

We've been there TWICE in the last three months. Great all-around experience, both times. I live in the northern Atlanta suburbs, but my daughter is on an internship in Columbus, which is a 3-hour drive south of me. She has the family automobile, and unfortunately through no fault of her own, we have had to take her Toyota into Columbus Body Works twice in the last three months for two separate auto accidents. I opted for Columbus Body Works the first time, and they did a great job. It took a little longer than we hoped, but they went the extra mile for us the first time around and we were very happy. So when accident number two occurred, we went back to Columbus Body Works again. Same great experience. We've had no problems since the first round of repairs, and with the guarantee they offer for their work, I am not worried that everything will work out just as well the second time around. This place is awesome. I took my car there for some front end damage. I dropped it off on Wednesday and it was ready on Friday. Repairs looked great. You can't tell it was damaged at all. I walked in here to have a bumper clip estimate done. I didn't know if I would have to buy a new bumper or if it could just be repaired I just knew that I was referred to them by the dealership. In my head I'm thinking great another body shop that is going to try to take every penny I have but let's go see what they say. I walked in and the young ladies at the front were great and got someone immediately to take a look. He then asked if I had a few minutes for them to pull around back to see how much it would cost to get it done I said sure. I sat in the waiting room for maybe 20 minutes and then a body shop tech says "OK the black Kia " I stood up and said OK that's me he said "all right you're all set " with me being confused I asked "all set? " He said "Yep you're all set to go I fixed it" in my head I'm like oh my God it's going to cost me so much money how much is it what is it going to be he said Yep you're all set to go I fixed it. Being Completely thrown off guard I asked him how much he said nothing I fixed it for you. And then walked off and said have a great day I then look at the young ladies at the front and Said "REaLLY" and they said that's kind of what we do here! They didn't know what was going on in my life, they didn't know if I was rich or poor, having a good day or bad day but they fixed it for free I've never been there before it's not like I've spent money there and I'm a returning customer it was the fact that they did it knowing that something so little could be such a big impact on them having a customer for life and I will forever be grateful and will forever be a customer with them for any auto body needs I will have! It's not a happy occasion when you have to take your car to a body shop, but CBW sure makes it as painless as possible. They give you a detailed estimate, work seamlessly with your insurance company, and do an outstanding job on your car. Our car was hit by a woman who lost control of her car on JR Allen, crossed the median and hit my wife's Honda Odyssey (we are so thankful that nobody was injured!). The woman's insurance company accepted liability and CBW worked directly with their adjuster. CBW was so easy to work with - allowing us to take the car a few days before the check arrived from the insurance company.
