I pulled up and Cody and Gabe, got the socket and lug nuts extracted with in 30 minutes with no BS, felt like a couple big bros helping me out. Decided to buy some new tires from them, Tiffany gave me an immediate quote, called in for the tires and they got me in and out. Shout to the gentleman with the glasses and anyone else on team that was part of the job. From what I experienced, the JP Auto Team really gives a damn about their customers and just cares about people general. Knowledgeable mechanics, Fair price and amazing hard working crew with the hospitality that really makes me love living in the South. I remember when cars was damage there was no hesitation in taking care of the customer's issue. 6 years later, I do not know what happened to that standard. I have never heard of a company providing bad oil for vehicles and then not having any accoutnability for it. My mechanic advised that the oil was extremely bad. Both my vehicles engines have gone bad behind the oil provided by Take 5 and the manager talked to my wife soooo disrespectful about this situation, i will never take my car to Goo-Goo car wash, Take 5 or any other company associated with Driven Brands. I usually wouldn't put this type of review but when your manager dodges any accountability, talks to my wife crazy and then accuse me of sabotaging my own cars, there is nothing else to talk about. These folks care more about their bottom line than doing the right thing. There is no excuse. If I could give a 0 star I would. I will be filing a BBB report and I will not be letting this go. Your managers need to be fired and your quality of oil has caused issues to more than just my cars and the reviews from FL and the other area stores have similar stories to mine. Your quality of oil is crap from top to bottom and the level of care for your faithful customers is crap. If you want to make sure your car gets good service and good oil, do not come to Take 5. I already had a quote and asked if it could be taken care of on the spot or would there be a wait to order parts. He informed me they could get it done right away. There was a turn because almost 2 hours later I had to go to the register and ask what the problem was. The manager James was just as hospitable as Chris and this put me at ease. I explained my issue and he did everything to remedy the situation. I am HUGE on customer service, so even though I had to wait, I didn't mind because I saw how each of their employees interacted with the customers. I myself interacted with 3 people that day and each of them were respectable. The only thing that prevented this from being a 5 star review is the failure to communicate the issue with finding the correct part, otherwise great job!
