I have worked for 3 different Goodyear stores (both as a mechanic and tire salesman), and so far this store has let me down. 1. Work performed on my car at this point has been adequate, however I would expect that any car shop could perform basic maintenance (tires and brakes). Be careful of hidden costs (miscellaneous shop fees)!! 2. POOR customer experience/relations! I have been to this location three separate times, and with each visit I received similar treatment from the front end staff. They give off the impression that your business is an inconvenience. The front staff seem resistant to explain basic service questions and get somewhat annoyed when you question why basic service is taking longer than they projected. I realize that dealing with customers is not always easy, but I would hope that the front service staff would at least PRETEND to care that you were giving them your time/money/business. Regardless of the quality of work that a store provides, Customer relations should be the most important component. Based on my experience, you will NOT get that here. I will be searching for another store (non Goodyear) to give my business.

Then when I picked it up my driver side door handle was broken. They were trying to say it was like that when I brought it to them. Also noticed my car wasn't running properly. They initially said after the test it was distributor cap malfunction. Then brought up something else after I paid and was picking it up. So then I called back to tell them my door wasn't like that when I brought it. An I didn't really know that my door was like that when I was at the shop , because an employee came up with some reason to have to go check my car and left my door open, so I didn't really realize how bad it was until I got home. So that prompt me to try my car out and see how it would do and noticed that it wasn't accelerating like it's supposed to not going past 70. I called them about this issue as well and they told me to bring it back in the morning then the next morning when I was trying to bring it back, it would not crank. I feel like I have been treated poorly and was taken advantage of. I trusted them to do the job and they didn't do it . They did come back and say that they realized my door wasn't like that when I brought it in. So they will fix that, I still feel like they are going to try to make me pay for something else. Even though I already paid. I should have been told about all issues before hand and not after I paid . That doesn't sit well with me, my vehicle is still there. I'm just waiting to hear from them to see what they " fix next " . This is a horrible experience, I don't have the money to just take it somewhere else. I need them to fix my car .
