Great experience with my Honda rotor repair! Exceptional customer service - going all the way to ensure I was satisfied! Such a refreshing experience - Not very many like this around! You can trust Chuck to be fair and responsible! I called around to several places in town when I was in need of new rotors for my vehicle. I settled with The Shop on the recommendation from a family member who has taken their Honda automobile there for years. The price was pretty comparable to the other repair shops, so I felt they would carry the edge overall considering their experience and solid reputation with foreign makes. After about a week, I noticed there was a grinding, strained pressure at the pedal whenever I applied the break. I also began to hear an annoying squeaking noise when I was driving slowly through parking lots, etc. I called the owner to explain the situation and he suggested for me to come in and let the mechanics check it out. After driving and inspecting, and a quick adjustment, I was sent on my way, with the advice that if it persisted to come back and he would have a mechanic ride with me so I could point out the noises. Well, the grinding, strained and squeaky sounds persisted. I called back the next week and asked to bring it back in. (Several weeks would eventually pass as it was holiday season and schedules were hectic). After approximately 3 more weeks, I was finally able to return and asked for a mechanic to ride with me so that i could point out the issues. During the ride, the mechanic was able to hear and feel the issues I had expressed previously. Upon returning to the shop, the owner, Chuck was extremely understanding and stood by his word that he wanted me to be satisfied with the work. After a review of my original receipt, he told me he would redo the rotors for me at no additional cost! While I felt that really was the fair and responsible thing to do in this situation, there aren't very many auto repair shops out there that would do this, so I was very pleasantly surprised. It's now been almost 4 weeks since the redo and my brakes feel great and there is no more annoying squeak!! I am so pleasantly surprised with the extraordinary customer service shown to me by Chuck at The Shop! It is experiences like this that create loyal, repeat customers who go far to recommend such services again and again. I will look no further than The Shop for all of my maintenance and repair needs!!
