Took it back and they "replaced" the compressor with a "new" one at least 3 times. I can understand getting a bad part but not 4 in a row. Makes me wonder if they ever changed it to begin with. We were told it's because the part is an after market part. Took it to another shop and he said it shouldn't make that noise. Tried to speak with the owner about a refund and he just wants to refund the part and not the labor. He told the manager to tell us the air blows cold so it's fixed. Owner of the shop told his manager that he would contact us and the owner of the 2nd shop we took it to. The owner hasn't tried to contact either of us or the other shop once. This after our family has spent a good bit of money having work & routine maintenance done at this shop.

Thanks for picking up my Honda Ridgeline 7 days after the 24th of May for a follow-up on the 1st of June 2026. I'm still experiencing steering issues with the installation and underbody noises. I won't be returning for any future mechanical services due to the inconvenience of this issue. Yes, in the past, they did do a superb job, but it's time to move on after this SNAFU. Spoke to the brilliant Ms Tiffany who was very kind and willing to assist. I pulled up and Cody and Gabe, got the socket and lug nuts extracted with in 30 minutes with no BS, felt like a couple big bros helping me out. Decided to buy some new tires from them, Tiffany gave me an immediate quote, called in for the tires and they got me in and out. Shout to the gentleman with the glasses and anyone else on team that was part of the job. From what I experienced, the JP Auto Team really gives a damn about their customers and just cares about people general.
