I went to go get the 3 people that were witnesses to that conversation and he blocked me from going in the shop. I have been in that shop everytime I am there. If you are not equipped to fix a problem on a car it's not right to put parts on it that is not needed to just make money. Never go to a place that changes oil to fix a problem. They are not equipped to fix deeper problems. Went over to Midas. They put it on the rack and showed me the problem immediatly.

I feel like they were trying to take advantage of a young girl. Declined the brake service and had brakes inspected at another shop, which brakes had plenty of brake pad left.
