I pulled up and Cody and Gabe, got the socket and lug nuts extracted with in 30 minutes with no BS, felt like a couple big bros helping me out. Decided to buy some new tires from them, Tiffany gave me an immediate quote, called in for the tires and they got me in and out. Shout to the gentleman with the glasses and anyone else on team that was part of the job. From what I experienced, the JP Auto Team really gives a damn about their customers and just cares about people general. Knowledgeable mechanics, Fair price and amazing hard working crew with the hospitality that really makes me love living in the South. There was a turn because almost 2 hours later I had to go to the register and ask what the problem was. The manager James was just as hospitable as Chris and this put me at ease. I explained my issue and he did everything to remedy the situation. I am HUGE on customer service, so even though I had to wait, I didn't mind because I saw how each of their employees interacted with the customers. I myself interacted with 3 people that day and each of them were respectable. Today the technician fill my 3.0 diesel with 10 quarts of oil and it calls for 7 quarts. Luckily I noticed as soon as I pulled out of the bay that I didn't have the 3 quarts in my 5 quart jug I brought with me. I quickly went back around and they dropped the oil down to the proper level of 7 quarts. They had a mechanic drive the truck to ensure we didn't have any white smoke or oil leaks from the seals. They had 3 quarts brought to the shop to replace the 3 that had to be drained. What should've been a quick oil change turned into my being here for nearly an hour and half. I asked if they could comp my next oil change and they said No. When you're here just make sure the technician knows the amount of oil your vehicle needs. They have access to this information and this shouldn't have ever happened.

Once a year…read more They have always done the normal stuff: - Remove skid plate - TAKE OFF DRAIN PLUG - drain oil - change filter - Replace new drain plug - fill with oil. Always super fast, everyone echoing what everyone says, no issues. This time though!! They removed my skid plate, was under the car for a while. Then they started draining the oil from the top of the engine. Sucking it out. When I asked why it was taking so long they said the have never taken VW drain plugs off. But they did. When I asked to speak to a manager, the super tired looking guy not doing his job, has some young guy come and talk to me. Never seen this guy/kid. Definitely not the manager. Bottom line, the guys working today(01 Oct 26) on Bay 2 were very unprofessional , ignored/disregarded my questions and blew me off not giving straight answers. This 5 minute oil change took 40 minutes!! I tried calling. Customer service but Take 5 makes sure you cannot submit a complaint. I'm not ever going to this take 5 or any other again. Here's just a few things relayed to me over the phone: 1) said "...the washer fluid was full of "gunk""- Two nights earlier I put Rain-X washer fluid in the reservoir myself. Probably was not used to see quality stuff before. 2) said "...the fuel system needed to be flushed out". How the heck do they know at a quick-lube place? 3) said "...the rear differential oil smelled "burnt"". Thank you, but I doubt it (see numbers 1 and 2). Simply stated, if you know nothing about cars, stay away from this place. Go to somewhere like Wal Mart where they are not paid on commission...which is where I told my son to go in the first place. Unfortunatly this place got me pretty good. Long story short, I agreed to pay them $130 to see if…read moremy exhaust manifold were bad or leaking (diagnostic). Afterwards I agreed to pay them $2100 to have my entire exhaust pipe replaced, including both exhaust manifolds. I arrive to pickup my truck about 4 days later, I pay them and go home to check over their work. It looks like they replaced the manifolds, but they used the old hardware for the manifolds. Then you can clearly see the manifolds attaching to my old red, brown and rusty exhaust pipe. Then at the very end of my exhaust pipe (That was supposed to be replaced) they asked a 2 year old to weld this skinny exhaust tube to my old exhaust pipe. Im an honest and nice guy. Common, I seriously cant trust anyone now days. Very sad. Now watch them type some silly response to this. "Oh my goodness sir, were so sorry this miscommunication happened, please call our office at 706-327-2114" I am such an idiot. Please read over reviews before you go with a company. Look over the work before you pay.
